Best Western Plus Grow Hotel

room was a lot smaller than the photo, tap was very small, draining issues.... bed was okay but the room was really small comparing to the cost of it, also no parking space... so had to park to the public parking which is 150m away.

Family 2+2, room very small for 4 people. But fairly comfortable, very good breakfast. Down side: no parking available, asked for late check out but was not allowed.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights (during weekend). The hotel is located at a calm and nice area. Its receptionists and staff are nice and friendly. About the breakfast, I should say it was a high quality and tasty continental breakfast which contains everything that a person may like to have. About the room, we stayed at standard room with two single beds. Beds were really comfortable but the room was really small. The hotel has not its own parking but during weekends, you can park your car free of charge outside of the hotel if you can find a place to park which was not that hard for us. By the way, if you care to eat your breakfast in a quiet environment, it is definitely recommended to be an early bird.

Excellent room, quiet, good shower, excellent breakfast, dinner options more limited but very good quality. Close to subway and airport bus stops outside

Your front desk was exceptional- we arrived late ( due to cancellation of the flight)- they were very nice to help us find out food in the middle of the night . Located close to T bane- ( 7 minutes walk) station- easy access to Stockholm center. Clean, well organized room ( refrigerator, plates, cup , even the water bottles provided for water) . Excellent complementary breakfast

*Fresh and relatively new hotel. *The breakfast buffet was superb! *There is AC in the room so you can sleep comfortably during hot summer times. *Street parking outside the hotel *Subway (Solna Strand) approx. 500m from the hotel. T-10 towards Kungsträdgården if you want to get to town.

I can not recommend this hotel, which is sad due to it was otherwise a ok/good level hotel. Customer service, especially at the reception (people who worked in breakfast restaurant were amazing) and lobby bar was inferior, super low, I could even say they treated our group with prejudice and racism. I have traveled to more than 40 countries and I have never experienced such poor competence or service at the reception.
