The room had everything I could ask. Nice views, TV, Wi-Fi connection. Bed was comfortable. I may be lacking some air condition and a bigger variety of the breakfast. Located at 20 min walking from Umea center, you also have a great connection with public transport as well as the airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from Umea Ostra station (three minute walk), and there is also a bus stop right outside the main entrance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though I arrived late, they were able to save some food for me from the buffet dinner. I booked a single room but it was really spacious; a double bed would have easily fit too. The room was equipped with two hair dryers, a fridge, a big flat screen TV, a desk and a big window with black out curtains. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. There was also a communal room with kitchen facilities. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price of the room, offered a lot of options. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the luggage storage were very very useful and much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and if I were to travel to Umea again, I would definitely stay here.

I was very happy with the hotel, and the value was very good. It's within sight of the Umea Ostra train station exit and right beside the university campus, so the location was very convenient for me. The room was stylish and clean like new. The bed was pretty comfortable, no complaints, and the bedding was cozy. The staff were welcoming and helpful (e.g. booking a taxi for me). The included breakfast was good too (buns, meats, cheeses, salad bar, juices, cereals, watermelon).
