This is absolutely excellent airport hotel. Shuttle to airport about 15min, pool, clean and whats best… easy to spend time because you have netflix, prime, appletv in hotel room. Room service till 11pm. Closest 7/11 1km away. Hotel has a great variety of different snacks. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Great choise

It took the gal who “spoke” English probably 20 minutes to find my reservation. Even after I showed her my hotels.com receipt. I don’t think she had ever heard of hotels.com. It all worked out in the end, but after a long night flight the last thing you want is to have to stand for over 20 minutes at reception trying to check in.

2 adults and 1 child stayed for an overnight, before our flight back to the UK. We had a villa which had 2 floors, so great for extra space.
Aircon worked very well, pool was great and the food was ok also and good value, for an airport hotel.
Surrounding area, outside of the hotel, is a bit rubbish, but that no way reflects on the hotel itself.
I would recommend staying here, if you looking for hotel, pre or post flight.

Good price, well-kept facility, friendly staff. The room had an "air freshener" scent that irritated my lungs. The surrounding area is a bit funky, even by Bangkok standards, but was a great choice for an overnight stay near the airport.

Stayed overnight to catch an early flight in the morning. Clean but modest hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is available for a fee. Taxi to airport was 100 TBH (vs. 150 TBH on the shuttle). In other words, $3 vs. $5.

10 mins by Grab from BKK airport to the hotel. 24 hours staff to check in. Breakfasts are pretty good. Room was a bit hot and there's no 711 nearby.
