This hotel is the best for convenience when staying over at BKK for an early flight. Easy walk to terminal or shuttle. The food is good but expensive. They are starting to save money by keeping it warmer inside. My room was made quite warm in the middle of the night so I woke up all sweaty. The main areas are also a bit warmer than normal. This is an expensive hotel for Thailand so the value isn't good when they cut the AC to save money on electric. The hallways are starting to get old looking too. But, otheriwise, I like the place when I really want an easy trip around BKK.

Great hotel of you need to be near the airport. It is clean, quiet and accommodating. The restaurant is quite good as well. An added park is that the tramway into Bangkok is walking distance from the hotel!

An unbelievably convenient hotel if one has early or late journeys at Bangkok
Free shuttle from exit 4 or take AC tunnel at city express train exit, 7.
No problem taking airport trolleys which are free. From airport there is an entrance to the tunnel just next to reception. Walking with a trolley takes 10 minutes
Hotel is not particularly cheap but rooms and comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a good pool too.
Food in restaurants is excellent but again not particularly cheap. If this is a big issue simply walk to the airport where there are numerous cheap, sit down but street food places. Lots of FX places at the airport end of the tunnel which give particularly good rates

Stayed there before early morning flight. Hotel is clean and very convenient to reach the airport. Especially breakfast available from 3 am is really nice. I’m sure to stay again.

A large airport hotel where you don't intend to spend a long time. The room was clean, but a bit boring. The hotel had a lot of restaurants on offer and there was a really nice swimming pool area. The service worked really well.

Great overnight stay before we flew home to London, the huge bed was super comfortable. It was very convenient to access the train into Bangkok and the airport via a connecting tunnel.

If you need a resting hotel close to the airport , Novotel is the best option . Walking distance 15 to 20 minutes. Or a shuttle which takes 5 minutes.
Hotel is a bit old but clean.
