Lovely place that is good access to the airport. Helpful staff.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. The airport transfer ride was much appreciated. The walls are a little thin as I could hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great property - beautiful Thai style architecture and experience. Loved our stay but my biggest complaint would be the thin walls. We listened to our neighbor snoring all night. Would stay here again to be close to the airport. Very convenient.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport but doesn’t experience noise from the planes. It’s a beautiful hotel, amazing design with lots of stunning wood and an open air atmosphere to the pool. Breakfast was delicious and mostly importantly the staff were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was clean, shower hot and bed soft! Great location as close to shopping complex and airport- down quiet lane way. We only stayed one night as in transit , chose it because of proximity to airport and good reviews

Stay was good given the price and how close it is to the airport and the 5 min walk to the mall. There is a few updates need to the amenities description: there is no laundry facilities (only laundry service is available), there is no free airport shuttle to the hotel (only free shuttle to the airport); breakfast needs to be pre-order the day prior.

It was nice and quiet place. I like their free transportation from hotel to the airport.

Clean, comfort, service very good. Silent, Not many room, not rush, pool water clean, not many guest use, very free. Including breakfast and sent to room, very good. No pickup service from airport but they can send you to airport after state. good. Staff very nice. Far from old town but very near to airport mall and a local night market. Many restaurant around, easy to get lunch and dinner.

I stayed in Baan U Sabai for only the dark part of one night between an evening flight from Bangkok and an early morning intercontinental flight from Chiang Mai, so I can't say too much about this hotel, however my few impressions were mainly good. It feels more like a guesthouse than a real hotel - no elevators (meaning you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs to the second floor), and the one thing I have never experienced in any hotel before - you have to take off your shoes and put them in lockers near the reception. But having said that, I should admit it was so clean everywhere, that I didn't feel bad for even a second. Bed was good, bathroom is OK, air conditioning, although not central, works fine and quiet, free wifi, free bottled water, big TV - everything's as it should be. Proximity to the airport is also a plus for this property.

Excellent service. Good location near the airport, but a bit noisy due to traffic on nearby freeway. Only to be expected. Provided free shuttle to airport and an early breakfast as we had an early flight. Sad to leave.
