Corail Suites Hotel

My best place to stay in Tunis, close to airport and all the best sites. The restaurant has excellent food with quick delivery. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and business trips. It’s across the street from the Canadian Embassy and five minutes walking distance to the American Embassy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several pharmacies within walking distance and a hospital within walking distance.

Made an immediate check-in, I was gonna stay for 4 hours while waiting for my connecting flight. Upon arrival hotel claimed that the booking is not available until tomorrow. I had to pay for the room again. Then the receptionist booked the room under my wife’s name after I told him I was going to ask for a refund. I found that out when asked about my bill, so they put it under my name after the discovery. Thanks to Expedia the refund was processed successfully, but it’s an terrible experience specially when tired and wanting to stay only for couple of hours. The staff clearly were upset when told them that I don’t need help with my bag! And started mumbling! I have stayed in 100s of hotel as I am frequent traveler and you should stay away from hotel.

The staff was really very friendly and helpfull. From arrival to departure, they made sure our stay is confortable and enjoyable. The hotel is in an excellent location, near to businesses, shopping, restaurants and airport. We really recommand staying in this hotel if you are visiting Tunis.

Excellent hotel with good breakfast options. Great location, safe, easy access to restaurants and mall. Great underground parking and high security standards compared to other hotels Ive seen in the region. The hotel can be quite loud. During our stay, air conditioning was a little loud. There were also frequent late night noises (sounded like construction, loud bangs). Otherwise, pleasant experience and good amenities. Check-in process could however be improved, was quite lengthy and we were served by 3 different employees. We did receive welcome drinks which was an appreciated touch. Check-out was smooth and efficient, no complaints! Overall, a very good and clean hotel. We appreciated our time at Le Corail Suites and hope to visit again in the future. Thanks to the staff !
