The staff here were really helpful. They organised at airport pickup for me at 2am and gave me a later check out time.

I was negatively surprised. To high priced for the service provided. First of all my in advanced scheduled taxi did not arrive in time. This was because if poor communication from part of management to the taxi driver. Second, the credit card payment I wanted to do was not possible, as the staff had not workable the equipment, si I had to use cash, I did not want to. Third, the bed is stone hard Forth point, there is anti insect net, but was full with death insects, all falling down, when I tried to open it for sleep. Fifth, no protection against the horrific traffic noise all night long. Six, I was offered breakfast, but the cook never showed up.

I came in late at night and they were there waiting for me at the airport, very helpful and easy check in, they carried my bags up the stairs. Beautiful view of the lake when I woke up. Bed was supper hard though. I had to leave early but they packed up my breakfast for me to go, an egg sandwitch. Make sure you have a recipe if you paid online as they questioned me if I had paid and took several calls before they found I had.
