The main reason was because it was very near to the ABQ airport - a 5 minute drive. I arrived at ABQ 2300 hours. I knew there was no restaurant and the 5 min drive to 3 diners was ok. I was moving on after a night so was ok but needs a refurb. WiFi good and Joseph behind the desk in the office very friendly and helpful.

This was not like other extended stay locations I've stayed in. This area is kinda rough.... The room is falling apart but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept just fine before catching my flight out of the airport. There were a lot of smokers at this location.

It was the convenient to the airport. Safe, but kind of lower end. Tiny rooms, broken TV remote. Not good for families. No coffee maker, 1 plastic cup.
Night clerk was nice.

This was the worst experience I have ever had and my family does a lot of traveling for sports tournaments. We checked in everything seemed fine until we got to the room and it was filthy.. trash was still in the cabinets from the last person I’m assuming bright red looked like fresh blood on top of the bed.. bathroom was dirty and floors not clean.. we called the front asking for a new room and they said there was nothing they could do! So we asked for our money back so we could go to another hotel and they refused our money back. DON’T STAY HERE! It was a health risk just being in that room!

I'v been a frequent business traveler and I stay here about 15 days a year. I requested a floor on the first floor several times. I has just there several nites before this last stay. I'm 72, have a handicapped placard and have had four surgeries (the last one several weeks ago) on my leg. I checked in and the guy in front of me gets a room on the first floor! When I checked in I was told that was the last room on the first floor! I had a room on the third floor for four nights. The manager should have reserved that final first floor room for me. In addition I had a hard time hooking up to the internet. Other hotels that I stay at, I request a room ahead of time on the first floor I get it and don't have problems with the internet.

I've stayed here multiple times for business. I like the quietness, the location, the great prices, having a kitchen and close to restaurants and the airport. However the people at the front desk needs to be nicer to the customers when checking in and checking out. I'm from Hawaii and the hotel industry is very friendly with the Aloha Spirit and always smiling.

I called ahead to politely inform the property of my late check in. Arrived on propoerty at 1:10am.
"We can't check you in until our system finishes auditing" ! I waited over an hour to get into a room after a full day of travel.
Note: my room was PREPAID. But, "Nope" we have to charge your damage deposit and the system's down. Wow ! Make me feel like a perpetrator, rather than a guest. If I prepaid, don't you already have my card on file ?
You're in the HOTEL business... next to an airport ! Is it a reasonable gamble that you have late check ins ?
Code keys for your 'Haven't Checked In Yets' and set 'em aside. Get CUSTOMERS in rooms and ask 'em to check with the desk in the morning.
Give CUSTOMERS a reason to COME BACK.
Oh, wait ! We can't be guilty of THINKING ! "The computer says you can't check in... and we work for the computer."
"Sorry guests... Sucks to be you !"
I'm crossing ESA off my list. Yes, it's True... there are other hotel chains COMPETING for my business. See Ya'.

I did like the price but that's it. I would rather have slept on a jagged pile of rocks than the mattress they gave me, got no sleep at all and became sick from lack of sleep that week. I had been traveling and finally got a room to my self and was all set for sleep, just to toss and turn all night on the world's worst mattress. I also was shocked to have to put up a deposit that was four times the room rate, and then wait over a week for reimbursement. Please inform customers when booking about policies like this. It was extremely inconvenient as I was on a razor thin budget, and forgot my credit card. It really put a crimp in the rest of my trip. I guess this hotel must get a lot of damage, that's an awful steep deposit for a cheap room. The shower sucked, the sink backed up, and generally felt scuzzy. will NEVER stay here again, tons of options right on the same block.

We travel quite a bit for pleasure, and have stayed at all sorts of hotels. This is one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in, and very comfortable. We got the studio with kitchenette, however did not need it as this was just a stop on our way to Dallas, Tx.
(Only downside would be the carpets look like they could use a deep cleaning)

Was held up from accident on interstate. Got to hotel at 2am could not check in because they were running the night audit. Have to be at airport by 4am. Have been charged for the room and cant even use it. Dont think it is right. Have been waiting now for over 30 minutes. Not happy
