Stayed both coming and going to Oregon. Very friendly staff! Service was excellent from the front desk to the Breakfast Lady! They heard me sing happy birthday to my friend and 2 of the staff chased her to the parking lot with a gift bag full of goodies and sang HB to her as well. All in all property is a little ahe-worn but we throughly enjoyed both our stays!

Joe (Robert Joseph-I only know that because we were talking about our names!), the overnight front desk customer service guy was OUTSTANDING! So kind, courteous and helpful at 4:30AM! One example: he helped us get some breakfast items for our trip since we needed to leave the hotel before 6AM breakfast. I hope he gets special recognition for his service. We will stay again at La Quinta in other cities when we travel, in the hopes that this kind of customer service is uniform throughout your organization. Wish I had thought to take a selfie with him!

The property was clean, well apportioned, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the welcome from the staff was excellent. Plenty of parking and very good location relative to the airport.

We have stayed at this property several times only because of the location and didn't expect much. My son was going to school at Boise State, and it was close to his house and the airport. Because of the proximity we don't need a car. In the past I have tried to excuse the condition of the hotel and the service since it satisfied some of my needs. The hotel is old and dated and the rooms smell stale. There is nothing fancy here. They do offer a breakfast buffet in the mornings which was always busy. On the day that we were to check out (which is noon), we got up very early and left our bags packed in the room as no one was at the desk. Since we don't have a car, we set out on foot and didn't want to drag our suitcases with us. Had someone been at the desk, we would have asked them to hold our bags. We got busy and I forgot to call the hotel until 12:10. When I called, I explained our situation of leaving the bags in the room. Sharon who answered was very nice and stated that she needed to ask someone else. She transferred me to Tiffany. I could hear someone in the background stating that we had to come and get our bags NOW as they had a new person in our room, and they weren't sure where our bags were. In a panic, we arrived at the hotel to find that our belongings were still in our room and the maid service hadn't even begun our floor. This a very low budget property with many problems and the service is awful.

Very nice value property, close to the airport but not adjacent to airport of freeway (they have a shuttle but I didn't need it). The self-serve breakfast is top-flite, as these go. Hot dishes plus good variety and fresh fruit.

This is first time staying here. Has pool, hot sauna tub. Exercise room, laundry room, and Ice machine😍. Free breakfast.lots of parking. Thank you.

It seems that the new average is a lower bar than ever. I won't rate the stay as bad or terrible. It was average or somewhat below average. The freezer was caked in ice. I didn't need it - good thing, it wasn't useable. The room smelled like ant or bug spray. It was January 6 - snowing outside and there was a sheet thin blanket in the room - no extra blankets in the closet. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees. I used to stay at LaQuinta often - was a frequent flyer there - sad to see how things have deteriorated at this location. Maybe other locations are better? Overall standards are inching downward in many things...this is just another example.

Took over 10 minutes to check in, got tub is broken, tv remote was broken, and we were in an adjoining room and could literally hear every word. Hallway and parking lot voices were heard at all hours of the night. Breakfast was good.
