Air conditioning did not work in multiple rooms. Atleast two other guests we met got trapped in the elevator on different occasions. Our room had a pillow stuffed in the no longer functional a/c unit to keep rodents out. Hole in the ceiling with insulation coming out, Room was dirty with possible vomit on the ironing board that was hanging on the wall. Chunks of toothpaste on the bathroom mirroe, tub did not drain, toilet dirty and leaked. Only hand towels. Stair well door handle broken off. Multiple people asking to see the manager who left hotel to avoid dealing with the multiple issues happening- amongst which was a man trapped and pannicked in the elevator with no a/c. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was well over $300, and I truly think an inspector would condemn the place for the multiple fire code violations. I have never seen so many unhappy customers - many of whom were families traveling with young children for a sporting event. I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience inspired me.

I travel a lot for work and have encountered some poorly maintained hotels before. This was uniquely terrible. It appears this hotel was either being used for long term housing or has been swayed in. The first room I was given appeared to have been breached by a SWAT team as the door and frame were both severally damaged around the locks. The door in the next room down was similarly but more severally damaged, as the key card reader, lock and knob were all missing. The floor was dirty and the toilet and tubs was stained and old. I went to the front desk and was given a different room, this room had similar but less severe damage to the door and frame but the door was stuck on the frame as one of the hinges was loose making it difficult to open and close the door. The floors were filthy covered in was appeared to be burn marks and an oily substance. At this point I decided for my own safety and comfort I would salary elsewhere. The employee who attempted to help me was excellent and very friendly but ultimately I decided this was not where I want to stay there. The price was not particularly low, location not very good, the pool does not appear to be opened and if it is I would not use it based solely on its appearance. The hotel has a no refund policy which is a bummer for me as I paid for a room I did not stay in but I suppose that policy is the only way they manage to make any money. There are far better hotels in better areas close to this for similar prices.

My wife, son and I tried to check in at 3:15.
We went to our room, 345, opened the door and found it in complete disarray.
The clerk then gave us Room 211. That room was in a wing undergoing renovation. No AC, lights burned out etc.
The clerk then sent us back to 345, cleaners were working on it, and we were told to wait until the room was cleaned.
The mgr found us in the parking lot. Said we can now check into Room 305, which he personally checked to make sure was clean.
After 4 rooms…we finally got a clean one.
Oh, and the outdoor pool was a slimy green swamp!!!

When we arrived, I had to use the bathroom urgently, but the key cards we were issued didn't work. We went back to the lobby, the lobby bathroom door was hung poorly and would only fully close when a custodian forced it shut, but it had no lock, and tbough it was supposefly ADA, the paper towel dispenser did not work. The clerk offered to come up if the new key cards didn't work, but admitted since it would be hard to reach her directly, we'd have to come down again. They did work, thankfully. When my elderly, disabled husband and I finally gained entry to the room, we found the floor to be visually dirty and a wipe of the surface came away dirty. Therefore, we had no confidence in the cleanliness of the linens and the rest of the room, so we left and found lodging elsewhere. My son, who booked and paid for the room, called a couple of hours earlier to see if we'd checked in (as he hadn't heard from us about our driving pit stops and we'd both left our phones in the car when he called) and was told they could not answer him about whether we'd checked in, even though he'd paid for the visit and had a confirmation number to prove it. Your rep Jasmen did a live chat with our son, and a decision by a hotel manager about issuing a refund is pending.

Check in sucked.
We were supposed to check in at 3, got there at 2, couldn’t check in till 3:20, which put a damp in our plans all afternoon. Otherwise the room is clean but no soap in the bathroom. They have shampoo but no soap. My flight is at 5am, so dgaf

The room was not clean at all. Called for service. They never came. Room smelled cigarette smoke. Decaf coffee only. I travel a lot all over the country and will never stay here again

The room was clean but there was a bag of rotisserie chicken left in the microwave that I found when I reheated pizza. The heat was overpowering to the point I had to shut it off and it was STILL warm. The toilet ran almost constantly for our entire stay. The biggest negative aspect of this trip was the lack of security. There was no latch to catch the safety bar on the right-hand side of the door and the fact that the door did not automatically lock when leaving the room.. As I was traveling with 2 younger girls (15 and 11), I found this unacceptable .
