I needed to stay close to the Eugene airport. The Royal Inn was perfect. I arrived a few hours early, but the staff staff was so helpful. They were able to get me into a room. The room appeared larger than most hotel rooms. But maybe it was the way it was set up. Nice size refrigerator, and microwave for someone who is staying longer than one night. I had no transportation, but there is a restaurant right across the street. The menu looked great. I kept it simple with a hamburger which was perfect.

Just a pit stop on our way home. Had to be at the airport at 3:30 AM. Got the number for Oregon Taxi from the front desk. He picked us up at our door, on time and it was a smooth trip. Great service.
Our room was newly remodeled (very good job done), clean and comfortable. Make sure you have snacks and drinks with you (we did). Otherwise it was a very good experience.

The hotel was conveniently located for airport and rental car access from airport. Convenience, cleanliness, and reasonable price were big selling points. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

First the good things. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and it's very close to the airport. My room was clean and had cold air, a refrigeratorand a microwave. Unfortunately my bed was lumpy and not only did I not feel safe walking up to the convenience store but the men that were in the room next to me sounded very intoxicated and were loud. At 2:30 I decided I would be better off waiting at the airport for my 6:00 a.m. flight and called an uber
*To be fair, I live in a quiet, safe, small town so maybe it wouldnt be scary for others

Judging by the exterior appearance, i thought this was going to be another dirty motor hotel. It was not. Super clean rooms with all the amenities short travelers need. I definitely recommend it.

There was no hot water in my room.
Also no top deadbolt just the lock on the door.
It was not comfortable for a solo female traveler.
