The area seemed sketchy and we left a wake-up call request that never came. NO ONE was at the front desk in the morning, however, an employee (?) was sleeping in a car at the entrance to the property (3:30 am). We had an early flight to catch so the wake-up call was important to us. We will not return or recommend it. The inside of the property was clean and the check-in staff was friendly.

It was a little worn, not very clean and my family and I were all sneezing a lot while there. Front desk people were friendly though and it was close to airport.

I was very leery of this hotel since I have not had the best luck in my travels. There is a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in the door. The front desk staff was very polite, accommodating and nice. The rooms were cute and clean. Where the hotel is located is in a very quiet area and not to far from restaurants and shopping choices. I wish they had a hot breakfast for the price of the stay but I guess they don't because there are kitchenettes in the rooms.

Very short stay the night before our flight. It is a bit remote to local restaurants so eat before you arrive. Room was a bit aged but clean and comfortable. Very nice area for cooking with a full size fridge and a cook-top.

Staff was very nice & helpful, room was okay; it's an extended stay hotel so it has a kitchenette. Clean, but matress a little worn, it had a dip in it. Kitchen included a 2-burner stovetop, a toaster, microwave, and fridge and had some dishes, glasses, etc. No airport shuttle, but staff will call a cab for you. Okay to leave car at hotel at no charge. Mainstay is about 3 miles from airport. I would stay there again.

My husband and I chose to stay here because it was convenient and affordable. At first, we were pleased with the staff. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our disappointment came when we had left a pair of shoes behind. My husband immediately called the front desk, described his shoes, and was told they had them waiting for us when we returned to get them. Unfortunately, this was not the case when we returned: they had swapped his shoes with someone else's (probably one of their housekeepers) and tried to tell us that these were the shoes my husband described, which were a brown pair of shoes with laces. They tried to give us a pair of black clogs (after the front desk had confirmed that they had the exact shoes he'd described). At the end of the day, we will NOT be back there. Obviously, they have someone who steals from their customers, which is a series morality issue. This incident diminishes our trust in the hotel, which is the reason we will not recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to the Greenville-Greer area. If you choose to stay here, please take your valuables with you when you leave the room or don't bring them at all.

My stay was very short (just one night as I awaited an early morning flight), but it was comfortable. The check-in went smoothly, and the room was nicely appointed. Two issues I'd note. First, the bathroom had a few hairs in it when I arrived. I know it's impossible to make sure things are 100% clean, but the hairs were noticeable. Second, the room was a little chilly, and I couldn't figure out how to turn off or turn down the air conditioner. The controls on the unit didn't seem to give me the option to turn it off. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.
