Overview

The Continuum Hotel in Teton Village receives mixed reviews. While many praise the spectacular design, spacious rooms with kitchenettes and balconies, and excellent customer service, some guests express concerns. Issues mentioned include a lack of a designated area to change out of ski/snowboard clothes after check-out, inconsistent parking access, a reported $500 holding charge not mentioned at booking (via Expedia), problems with room amenities (e.g., broken ice machine, non-functioning hot tub jets), and thin walls resulting in noise issues. The on-site restaurant receives mixed feedback, with some praising the food and others finding the service slow and the quality subpar. While the location in Teton Village is generally considered convenient for accessing Grand Teton National Park, the drive to Jackson Hole town can be lengthy due to traffic.

Although the property was clean, parking was a nightmare, we had a view of a woodpile. Room was very small for a couple. Tv was a pain. No tv guide, had to unplug it to turn it off. Definitely not worth the outrageous price.

We stayed at Gravity Haus and overall thought it was ok. The location and parking is good, but there were some maintenance issues in hallways and quite a bit of hair and garbage in the pool. Windows are big and open to let air in but with no screens it’s a concern for animal entry or small children. The breakfast is not included and the restaurant is quite expensive. The rooms are fairly plain with no fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was great. She went beyond what we thought her job entailed and it was really nice for a group of weary travelers.

Great hotel! It’s challenging to find a parking spot here in Teton Village though!

We really enjoyed our stay here for our first weekend visiting Jackson Hole. The design & common areas are spectacularly designed, friendly staff, flexible spaces & great loft rooms to spread out. My only comment in the needs improvement category is a space for people to change out of snowboarding/ski clothes to re-pack after checkout. This is a very common thing in ski resort hotel locations, we travel North America staying at anywhere from 5-7 winter resorts every winter & it's quite common to check out, yet continue boarding/skiing then come back to change before an evening flight. The location does have ski locker rooms but they are only reserved for members. This is definitely an area where the hotel could improve & provide ALL paying customers a place to compose themselves, change out of their wet clothes, pack their equipment, put on dry clothes, re-arrange their bags before departing. A paying customer is a paying customer.

Upon checking in, we were told to pay a holding charge of $500! This was not communicated to us in any way when we booked the trip through Expedia! We were VERY upset and in shock when they told us this as that’s a lot of money! The rooms are not the greatest. We wanted to use the steamer for our clothes and it was crusty and gross when we opened it with left over water in it. I wanted to use the blow dryer for my hair and when I took it out of the bag it was disgusting and old! The walls are thin where you can hear your neighbors talking. You can hear people walking upstairs above our room. The kitchen hours are open until 9pm but when we went to eat dinner there the guy said they closed the kitchen because nobody came around for dinner. It was only 7:30pm! After a long day of driving and traveling we were looking forward to a good meal and ended up having to drive all the way to town because things closed around 9pm. We were lucky enough to eat dinner there another night since we were early but a family came to order food around 8:20pm and you could hear the cook yelling and complaining that it was past the last call for orders. It’s like they wanted to get out of there quickly & didn’t care about customers. We used the jacuzzi/steamed pool and the lights and jets shut off before the closing time 2x in a row! Tiles in the pool were missing and the bottom of pool was a little dirty. For the amount you pay to stay here, it isn’t the greatest.

Amazing hotel. Staff is excellent. Room was huge with a microwave, fridge, sink, dishes etc. oh and a balcony which I used every night. So clean and spacious. And area is perfect for traveling into Grand Teton NP or the town of Jackson. Absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough. Staff and housekeeping are awesome

The Continuum hotel is very basic. We expected more for the price we paid. Our room was very dated and did not have a refrigerator. The room did not look like the photos on their website. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The communal areas were ok. The food at the on-site restaurant was terrible. The staff did their best to keep things moving. The overall location (Teton village) was great. About 30 minutes from Jackson airport and there is paid parking nearby. There are plenty of food choices in the Teton village area and small grocery store but make sure your room has a refrigerator before you buy perishable groceries.

The location was great for accessing Grand Teton National Park and our room was clean. The restaurant was good but expensive. A few things turned me off for the price we paid - The ice machine was not working so we had to go to the front desk to get ice. The hot tub was accessible, but the jets were not working the entire 3 days we stayed. Also, we had to request housekeeping services if we wanted any refreshing during our 3 day stay. Finally, we had issues with the gate to the parking lot on 3 different occasions and once the online help customer service feature was inaccessible so we had to park our car and go inside in order to get out of the parking lot. Service at the front desk was adequate but not overly friendly throughout our entire stay.
