I had a very nice suite for the price of a small room on the Strip. About a 5 to 10 minute walk to the MGM Grand. From there I took the monorail anywhere on the Strip. The staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. I would stay here again especially if traveling with family.

I really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean, everything we needed was in the room. Nice full sized kitchen and very friendly staff. I definitely plan to come back here. Easy walking distance to many places and close to the airport.

This is a great place. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The only issue was the elevator not working for a week and a half. No Resort fee, no charge for parking.

It is convenient, free parking is a plus. The facility needs updating but with the price I paid, it is still an excellent facility.

Great value at this place! I was able to walk to the main strip every day (about a 10 minute walk) and very close to the airport.

Great option to stay within 10 minutes walking distance of the Vegas hustle but with free parking, kitchens in the room, balconies to enjoy a beverage, and comfortable beds. Bought groceries at Von's down by the UNLV campus and made breakfast in the room. Beds were very comfortable and room and property was clean, quiet and safe. Staff were very welcoming (aside from the quick timeshare sales pitch). Only negative was the AC in the living room sounded and blasted like a jet engine but the bedroom had barely any air through the vents. But it wasn't hot in Vegas at the time and we weren't in the room much. Kitchen has all the things you need. Stayed in the 1 bedroom unit.

This is a wonderful hotel, and suited us perfectly for our 2 night stop in Las Vegas. The hotel is located near the MGM Grand and about 500 yards off The Strip. It’s cheaper that the casino hotels, is quieter, has no check-in queues or valet parking. But it’s within walking distance of many casino hotels, so you can take advantage of what they have to offer.
