It was a good stay.Comfortable room.Clean with a good coffee maker,microwave and cold refrigerator.Free breakfast was very good and shuttle service to airport was a plus.Adequate parking and good Wufi

The rooms were clean but smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold and there was also black mold in the corners of the bathtub and on the floor in bathroom. Carpets were dirty enough they turned my feet black. Room just felt damp. Front desk was very friendly. Not enough parking so we had to park in another hotel parking lot. Beds comfy but rooms definitely need some help with the mold and musty smell.

The room was poorly maintained. Odd smell, tile missing in shower. Some mold in grout. Check-in was pleasant and it’s close to the airport.

Very happy with overnight before early morning flight.

The room we got was big with very tall (probably 10ft) ceilings. It was fairly clean, but the air was pretty humid/damp. We set the AC to the lowest temperature setting but I don’t think it could keep up with how spacious the room was. The room was also pretty quiet, you couldn’t hear any outside noise. The area around the outside of the hotel is a little sketchy. There is a convenient store across from the parking lot that had a couple homeless people loitering, but to my knowledge, they didn’t come over to the hotel. Overall, we had a fairly decent stay and would probably book again in the future if we are in the area.

Not that clean and needs updating. Elevator seemed unsafe. Only reason we stayed was proximity to the airport

The employees are so friendly and kind. The room was so clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. Soaking in the hot tub was great after a long day of traveling. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

After an 11 hour day of travel, we were looking forward to a good night's rest. Checked in just before midnight and crashed. We were awoken at 7:30 am by housekeeping barging into the room unannounced. Upon becoming aware of each others presence, she apologized and left. Trying to return to sleep, our efforts were once again stifled by the room phone ringing. By the time I was able to reach the phone, there was no one there. Again, our attempt to return to sleep was interrupted by a loud and angry knock on the door! My wife answered the door and was interrogated by the front desk clerk as to who we were and why were we in that room. It seems the clerk that checked us in, assigned us to the wrong room. No apologies, no offer to compensate us for our trouble. Thanks BWP Carter Lake, now we know where NOT to stay next time.
