This property canceled my reservation with contacting me about this change. I traveled over 4 hours wirh 2 small children to this hotel and only found out that my room was not available when on site and talking with reception.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Towels, carpet in hall, exterior are weary. Good parking.

Great access to I-90. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great place to stay when traveling.

The worst hotel you can book. In addition to having extremely dirty rooms, they steal your deposit. I paid for the room and the $100 USD deposit, which they were supposed to release after checkout, but they didn't. I contacted Expedia for help, but they refused to refund the deposit without any reason. Do yourself a favor and book something else. Anything would be better than this. The worst hotel in my travel history.

Saw a drug deal in the parking lot when checking in . The breakfast was horrible so not worth the cost at all the room very outdated the hot tub wasn’t even warm

The comforter on the bed was stained and there were holes all over it from cigarette burns and other holes. Things written in sharpie on the bed sheets. Didn’t even sleep in the bed. slept on top with our own blankets. Very interesting odor throughout the whole building. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Needed to put a $100 deposit plus the cost per night for a dog. When I asked for a receipt when checking out I had to wait for ten minutes to receive it. Will never be staying here again.

The linens are in poor shape, cigarette burns, etc. ? People hanging out it parking lot..

This is a basic no-frills hotel. No bugs during our 2 night stay. One key provided & it had to be reset the next day. Mgmt needs to STOP knocking on customer doors hours before checkout or when a stay-over. (Younger male needs to work on his customer service skills!) Female housekeepers were very friendly!!! Pros: *Coffee pot, microwave, a/c, tv and refrigerator all worked as expected. (No back on tv remote) *Smoking rooms offered & pet-friendly (HUGE BONUS) *Easy access & parking *Nice flooring & no dingy carpet in room 161 *Window opened & locked as expected for ground-level room & fresh air. *Upgrades have been done, fresh paint & flooring. More updates are needed. Recycled Walmart bags for garbage cans didn't bother me tbh! *Good HOT water and shower pressure. Cons: *Queen bed in Room 161 (ADA) sags to the center horribly. It needs replaced! I see this mentioned 4 mos ago on a review. *One-inch gap at bottom of door meant extra noise from hallway. Thankfully it was pretty quiet for a wknd stay. *2 of 3 lightbulbs were missing in the room. *Ice maker & vending machines were OUT OF SERVICE We did NOT check out the breakfast or pool so no rating on those. When I paid cash for the 2nd night & requested a receipt, the amt was $94.13 and I was only given $5 for change back?!? I guess he needed the .87 worse than me. LOL. Overall, we'd actually stay here again. It covered our basic needs without paying $300/night. The owners are working on upgrades and it shows.

the motel is very quiet at night. the parking lot is easy to navigate. the breakfast needs to be kept prepared as there was no coffee nor cream cheese for bagels. the checkout time is 11am and we had management banging on our door at 10:30am wondering if we were staying another night or leaving even though it wasn't checkout. not impressed w that customer service.

It was older and a little run down but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We got in late and left early for travel so did not spend much time.
