The desk lady was very rude. Not just to me but I heard her being rude to the guest in front of me at the desk.
There was a party going on in the rooms below us.
20 plus beer bottles outside the room and smoking marijuana outside there room.
I was traveling with my 6 year old grandson and we had a 6 am flight the party was going on all night with loud music and screaming. Nothing was done to stop them.

Staff person when I arrived was very rude. She never told me anything regarding my stay about breakfast hours nor provided a tv guide. Room had a very bad odor. I tried to explain to her my service dog use and she did not let me explain. I stayed at three other hotels on my travels lately and all of them understood my issue. I even offered to provide a doctors letter but she was not interested. I stayed at another Best Western in Tucumcari and it was outstanding. Big difference from a large city to a small town. I like the place being close to the airport, and better than others down the street. Also, reasonably priced.
We didn't like the loud noisy neighbors, that partied till 3 am. We did not get a good nights sleep at all.

Staying here was a nightmare. Pulling into the parking lot, I could immediately tell the area was not very safe. Upon checking in, the manager was rude and called someone a “moron” on the phone while I was checking in. We chose this hotel because it was labeled as pet friendly, but we were told we would have to book a second room because we had 2 dogs. I was told this was “company policy,” but I stayed at another Best Western 2 nights later and they said that multiple pets are allowed in one room. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all night, the bedsheets had yellow stains on them, and when checking out in the morning the staff was incredibly rude. Overall, this was a bad experience and I don’t recommend staying at this location.

They had a great breakfast, and the gentleman that was tending to it did a great job keeping everything full and fresh. The water was turned off during the evening due to a leak. No one was notified they were going to turn it off. When we went down to the disk to inquire about the water the desk manager went ballistic! She told us we could just check out and leave if we didn't like it. She was totally unhinged! They did get the water turned back on in a very short amount of time. The place is older, but nice enough for a travel stop.

Property is older but well kept considering the age. Easy access to a gas station... Much needed since we rented a car at the airport.

Nice for quick stay. Room floor was dirty carpet was also very old. Unsavory characters in parking lot at midnight including a couple wearing ankle monitors which set off my alert. Ok for single tough man but would not recommend for ladies or families

Very loud from outside including fire crackers being lit in parking lot. Lady who checked me in was very nice and sweet and made me feel very welcome. Building is well used and Room smelled like old cigarette smoke otherwise clean. Air conditioner worked well and fridge was nice and cold.
