The Airport Hotel

For 2 days, it’s okay, it’s a 10-15min walk away from the airport, to get there you’ll have to play frogger as someone said earlier but it’s fine. Breakfast is okay too, 6:30am-10am, rooms for one person have no windows so keep that in mind when booking your room

Good basic hotel close to the airport. Good value for money. No frills but all essential amenities. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast available but we did not utilise this. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Can walk to the airport if needed (perhaps not with luggage).

Near the airport, was close to our family member's home, a good basic overnight hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff who worked with our scheduling issues efficiently and fairly. Highly recommended!

Clean room very obliging staff. Great breakfast would definitely stay again for a 1 night flight stop-over. Airport pick-up was excellent value

I booked this hotel for $16/night after I missed my flight to Bangkok. I was initially reluctant to try it, but I am glad I did. It also included breakfast. For the price, it was a bargain, especially since it is so close to the airport. It's a option when unexpected things happen.

Where do I begin. After a fantastic stay in Vietnam, I chose this hotel through a brief search. Typing in Airport Hotel, this is the first one that came up. The complimentary shuttle, cost me 240,000 VND - IT WAS LATE AND I HAD TO PHONE THE HOTEL. It was complimentary and shouldn't have been advertised as such. we were allocated room 605. When we arrived, the door to a metal fire escape was wide open and couldn't be shut or locked. Bits of cement we're falling off the door surround, where others had Obviously tried to close it, unsuccessfully.Contacted the desk who moved us to another room. Our new room, 305 was dirty, there was dust everywhere. You could not turn off the bathroom light, except when you removed the key card from the slot. So we spent all night sweltering in the heat, without aircon, and couldn't charge mobile phone. The door the the fire escape in this room was well and truly locked and there was no key to unlock it in the event of a fire.... Breakfast in the morning, which other reviews said were excellent, wasn't. Ended up with a plate of McDonald fries. The tiny breakfast room was then descended upon by hoards of people and we had to get up and leave because there wasn't enough room. I am sat in Saigon airport six hours before my flight, because it was preferable to staying at The Airport Hotel. It's only redeeming feature was the bed which was pretty adequate, it's just a shame I didn't get much sleep in it.

If your just looking for a cheap over night for the next flight and don’t care , this is perfect.. staff is extremely very helpful .. and will tend to your needs .. but o say a yes to this place.. for only couple hours..

The breakfast is great for the price of the stay. It compensates for the rest of the bad of the hotel. The breakfast raised the experience to average. The staff for breakfast are also very friendly and helpful. Although your site said it is near the airport and within walking distance. It is not easy to walk to airport. I still have to pay 40k Vietnamese dong to get to the airport. There is no convenient store nearby and no food too. I have to pay about 100k Vietnamese dong to go to somewhere for meals. There is a massage shop next to the hotel but the massage is terrible. It is just a tourist trap.

Location is excellent for airport, but not for city center. If you fly late or early, it’s excellent value and very convenient, airport in walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is clean, breakfast buffet ample and good value as well. The only a bit negative side is that the area around it is questionable, but not unsafe.
