The condition is bad and very noisy The location is in the middle of nowhere. 20 minutes to the city by taxi It is a very nice and new hotel but still there is a lot of things to work on

Very comfortable stay! The high ceilings and furnishings gave the room a lovely sense of elegance, but all was very usable and comfortable! The staff are wonderful, the room service is quick and HUGE portions. My room had a king bed, a separated sitting/working area, and 2 full bathrooms. Bathrooms were very well stocked with towels, robes, slippers. My stay felt like I was at home! Great access to both the Russian-Armenian University as well as a short taxi ride to the city center.
