RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at RIS. The staff and management were friendly and responsive and resolved any issues we had, which were not many. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Yerevan and wants to enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. There is also a mall next to it, with grocery and dining options.

The people at the desk were all very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel is very near to a shopping mall and near the downtown (taxis are very inexpensive)

Anna, the receptionist, was such a breath of fresh air. We arrived very late in the evening and she arranged our transit and made our check in a seamless process. The cleaners were amazing and our rooms were spotless everyday. There is 24/7 security in the building and you cannot enter without a key. It made traveling with 5 women easy and comfortable. I even forgot my pair of jeans at our room and Anna was gracious enough to ship it back to the states for me. Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment more. It was a home away from home. To make things better, we were only 6-7 minutes away from the Republic Square. Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at RIS DALMA!

The apartment is top class, has everything you need and more. Mariam the general manager is excellent. She cares about people and has a personal touch. It has a mall next to it which is convenient but it is away from the heart of the city and you need a taxi to get in though a very short ride. Otherwise the area around is not very appealing. They need higher speed internet as Netflix doesn't work and even YouTube is sluggish and cable TV did not work.

This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation from RIS. It is very reasonable price compared with other travel agency.

This hotel is brand new and very well disgned. Everything from the staff to linnens and amenities are really great. Also the view this hotel offers is one of the best in Yerevan. The only small issue I can find is the location not being in the city center. But with the Dalma mall right next door, there is never a shortage of taxis even in the early morning.

very beautiful and modern apartments, friendly and helpful staff, it takes about 5-7 minutes by taxi (1-2$) to republic square.
