Comfortable large room, great amenities very convenient stay prior to an early flight. Many dining and food facilities available, coffee machine in the room and nice tea bags. Enjoyed our short stay

Lovely hotel. Room was nice and spacious.
Mattress on king bed was worst we have ever stayed on. Didn’t make for a good sleep the night before an early flight. Get better beds in backpackers. My husband was in disbelief.

King bed is simply 2 singles put together - quite worn and soft. Adjusting to that takes time
Windows let in too much light, and announcements in courtyard area are loud
F&B and service is very good and next to airport makes it convenient for early morning flight

Perfect location, adjacent to terminal. Very comparable to Citizen M hotel chain. Comfortable, quiet, highly recommended.

Having just travelled some 20 hours from London on our way home to Sydney the Atura was a wonderful place to crash out and sleep before negotiating our way home in Sydney. We were surprised and delighted with the quietness and convenience plus the obliging staff.

The property was good but be careful not to leave anything behind. Left $6,000 hearing aids on the bedside table. Rang when I arrived at the airport Too late they are not there. Only place they could have gone was in the bin when the room was cleaned. Expensive lesson to learn. But staff did ring back to let me know (after the second call a day later ) to advise that they had not been logged in as found. This would probably have happened at any hotel not just this one and my fault for leaving them there.

Very convenient to the airport, but watch for some quirks - extra charge for early check ins even for just by an hour or two, poor room heating controls, amenities aren’t great (no hand/body lotion), no umbrella loaner, etc. The restaurant food was decent, but service lacks (food brought out without silverware or napkins and had to get it myself). It is a no frills hotel and go with no expectations and it’s fine. They also were refusing to give me a receipt for the stay, which was very odd and I had to tell them I would dispute my charge to get them to act on it, and find me a receipt for my credit card charge for the stay!
