Clean, comfortable and convenient to the air train to head into the city or to the international terminal. Free ride to the international terminal with proof of stay.

Quick check in. Checking out not as smooth. Took a number of tries to get a printed statement of expenses. Good variety at breakfast buffet. Comfortable room. Arrived very late after long flight. Needed more labels to find and identify remote to close window coverings.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We ate at the restaurant and had a delicious vegetable panini. Unfortunately the breakfast the next day was very ordinary could of done with a few vegetables or salad. Overall the hotel is great, very convenient to airport terminals

I had previously only given stays there as family gifts as I thought it too dear for us. Not so!! It is so convenient & comfortable & takes so much hassle out of travelling. Just a short walk from the domestic airport or shuttle bus from the international airport. The rooms are clean, quiet and have excellent views. The meals are tasty, well priced & not over spiced or complicated for travellers. The staff are thorough & efficient & know what they are talking about & pre empt your questions when you arrive muddle headed from travelling. Definitely recommend & definitely will give more stays as gifts & stay there ourselves again. Best place we have stayed in Brisbane!

Very happy with accomodation. Only suggestion would be they could improve signage (i.e. more) from the terminal to the hotel

Virgin delayed our flight home from Vanuatu so we had to stay overnight in Brisbane. Room service took a while but food was great, staff super helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and very clean. Everything we needed and quiet just found it very warm through the night, but for the 9 hours we were there was suitable and perfect for us
