Hotel Realm

We booked the entry level room category which was still nice & spacious. Bathroom, carpet & walls looked clean, our bed throw had a few stains but the bed sheets and pillows were pristine white and smelled clean. Shower head is set pretty high up, I could just reach it, lol. But water pressure was good and there's lots of space on the bathroom vanity to spread out your product if needed. Our room was on level 2 and didn't get any disturbances from the wedding party down stairs. The wilson underground parking is convenient and free during weekend. Checkin staff were okay, not very warm or welcoming but efficient. We did received complimentary wine & chocolates in our room during our stay which was a nice surprise. Only feedback is more usb port or charging stations in room

My anticipation was exciting.. as I need to have full disability suite.. all was in place, except bed was far too high.. it took 2 hours to sort out with maintenance.. eventually taking legs off bed.. now all good ... a lovely suite with separate spacious bedroom.. cleanliness exceptional .. i was very impressed.. staff were so helpful in sorting everything.. I wanted to see the exhibition at the National gallery nearby.. reception organised ticket plus motorised scooter.. so on arrival to gallery everything worked beautifully.. the hanging mobiles in atrium are an interesting feature with light shining on them in the evening creating a great effect.. The parking ticket was validated by hotel on exit taking care of fee.. I thought this a good feature.. All over I was impressed with the service and their looking after me when I need a bit extra.. I would like to return..

Large room, excellent room service, balcony,, very well presented, up to date technology. Best hotel I've stayed in in Canberra and I've stayed at about 12 others in my travels. It's the closest one I've found that could possibly compare to The Palace Hotel in St Moritz

Excellent hotel with great facilities in a perfect location for exploring Canberra. Large rooms with everything you need, including free in room movies which was a nice little add on. The school holiday extras were amazing and the staff all went out of their way to make sure my two girls (5&7) had a brilliant stay - they haven't stopped talking about it. We travel a lot as a family and this is definitely one of the most memorable and welcoming hotels for children, whilst still being very much a grown-up luxury hotel. Will definitely be back!

On entrance to parking on Sunday, machine did not provide ticket but it requested ticket on exist !!!!

First time in Canberra from Sydney, and I have to say the hotel was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. The cleanness begins from outside and the moment I entered the hotel, the scent was so inviting and calm . The lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly and offered us two complimentary drinks vouchers after checking in. Parking and the lifts from the parking to our floor [executive floor] was easily accessible. The room was warm,clean,well decorated and with complimentary slippers. For the first time in Australia I stayed in world class top hotel with exceptional service and good food. I will definitely be staying at the Realm hotel again . I fell in love with Canberra because of that hotel.

As a frequent traveller and Expedia gold member I stay with Doma hotels 6 nights a month. They go above and beyond. They are by far the most professional, luxury hotel in my opinion. Looking forward to many more trips.

The room is clean and bed is very comfy, it's second time I stay in this hotel, will come back again, check in and check out quick and easy, free parking and enjoyed the swimming pool. The only thing I don't like is the hotel doesn't have many choices for breakfast and the pool closed too early.

Quality hotel, but room booked was different to the room I thought to have booked online. Staff very efficient. Parking was confusing. Told spaces would be available, but on Friday night restaurant & bar patrons filled the car parking & there is very little available on the street. Sometimes you need a ticket to get in, mostly not. Sometimes you needed to swipe your room key card to leave, but again, sometimes not.

Standard really means minimum. No parking no breakfast. I was really disappointed with the Martini we had out on the terrace. It was lemon water - truly awful. How cheap.
