The best western near Melbourne airport is perfect for me as I was I flying away for a holiday from interstate. Their airport shuttle service is absolutely amazing .. pick up from the airport when you arrive and drop off for your trip out again! The hotel is an easy location to find in a quiet street. It is just up the hill from a little shopping centre if you need any supplies. I also like that it is near the Moonee Ponds trail so always love going for a walk or run along there for a lovely bit of fresh air and nature!

Check in / out was friendly & efficient. Located in an older area but close to Melbourne airport & transfers available for convenience. It was quite noisy, thin walls, we could hear people talking throughout in the next room hence sleep quality wasn’t great. The room was well appointed however the bathroom linens were stained, torn & tattered, which was off putting. The parking space out front of the room was difficult due to plants being hedged & overhanging into the parking bays, hence to avoid scratches on our car we couldn’t park right ino the bay. We didn’t use the onsite dining however drove about 10 minutes & found a few restaurants with take away options & a supermarket.

This hotel offered the best value for what was offered in terms of facilities. There was free parking and breakfast, also close to lots of things. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and quiet. Would stay here again

Great location to stay when travelling. A few minutes to the airport using complimentary bus shuttle. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice and tidy, spacious room Shuttle service to the airport Shower good Wifi was good. Restaurant on site with nice meals I’d certainly stay there again.

I stayed one night before flying out the next day. I used the free shuttle. My room was available slightly earlier than check in. Staff were polite & helpful. I ordered room service for dinner. It was delicious & a generous portion. The breakfast had a huge selection. The room was clean, tidy & quiet. It would love to stay here again.

This property was very dated, lost in time. It is a motel and that speaks volumes. This rat hole is located by some sort of trailer park (without a barrier wall) and is creepy as it gets. The guest rooms each have a parking spot in front of it, usually taken up by by an older pick-up truck. It's reminiscent of a 2hr sex motel of the 1980's. I was fooled by a Best Western logo, thinking that it is a respectable family hotel. Don't be fooled. This a deposit slip business whereby they only clean old rooms and take your money. Btw, the location is hidden and near limited sub-par restaurants. I may have to consult a therapist, professionally launder my clothes and catch up on my sleep when I return home. We didn't sleep a wink!

First visit and very impressed, lovely meal. One small grumble, the outside pathway to my unit(no 1) was uneven and very narrow at one part, not very safe when pulling a suitcase. Free shuttle to airport was a great bonus
