Fraser Suites Perth

Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in many places. The daily cleaning was very good even if they did forget to replace coffee and toilet paper several times over the week we stayed. We had a view over the river which was wonderful. Beautiful in the morning to see the rowers on the river and at night to see the lights. The front desk staff were friendly and polite at all times we spoke with any of them. We would be very happy to stay here again in the the future as the location near transport and the parks is a bonus rather than the noise of inner CBD.

Was a good stay, bed was comfy, room was clean. Pool, spa and sauna was cold but 😔 The worse thing was the parking, not enough parks for all the guests. We had to park in a Wilson’s for the two nights with a tiny walk, but it was cheaper than the motel.

Lack of parking was disappointing but other than that a beautiful stay!

Our rooms were fabulous, amazing views, very clean, well appointed and quality toiletries. Our only disappointment was the breakfast, overpriced for what you get. Worth noting that parking is $30 per night so factor that in to the room cost. We were a family group using several rooms and had a wonderful time.

I unfortunately was booked into a room that another guest was in. This was quickly adjustef and another room provided and a complimentary breakfast offered. The shower in the new room did not work properly and this was reported and fixed quickly. There was no parking available at the hotel on the first evening. It was a shame these issues occurred and inpacted my experience, however the hotel was quick to respond in each.

Initial welcome and communication for where the ammenities were was a little disappointing. The room didn’t have a folder/information on what was available and where to locate the pool/gym etc. no details on how to connect to WiFi. The suite itself was quite tired and well worn. The couch was terrible, stained and quite uncomfortable. Bathroom although clean enough looked like it needed an overhaul. Some small spots of grout mould etc. The parking situation wasn’t well explained. The basement car park was full so we had to scout around the surrounding streets and pay for parking tickets every 3-6 hours, far from ideal. Proximity to the swan river for walks and to the city is great, it’s a very quiet part of the city. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Aircon was noisey when trying to sleep, couldn’t put me in another room and no one came to fix it for the 6 nights I stayed there. House keeping was average, didn’t make the bed properly or change the sheets, on-site parking for $30 a night it appauling

The property was in a good location, idealy situated near to everything, room was clean and comfortable, Swimming pool and spa were very nice, food was ok, breakfast was disappointing, as some food was cold, the parking was a little dear, more expensive than other hotels,other than that, all went well.

The hotel was very nice. The suite was a good size & spacious. Parking around the hotel was annoying as you either park for 3 hours free or pay for parking, which was for 6 hours only before having to put more money in the ticket machine.
