The rooms are tiny and pillow are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The on-site bar is tiny and was full of people from a conference. Had to pay for parking in Wilsons parking. Paid extra for a river view and didn’t know about construction site next door until confirmation email from the hotel.

Lovely big room. Decent breakfast with a few gf and df options. A few of both as well. Quiet rooms, good cocktails. Good parking options.

We missed the cancellation by 30 minutes due to a family illness. Can't understand that we could not get a refund for the breakfast and parking that we paid for. Very inflexible.

As a frequent traveller I liked that I could drive to the hotel and organise parking easily. It is offsite parking, but it is next door and has hotel access. It was easy to pull up the front n gain access. The service was wonderful, the room and the view, the rainfall showerhead.. the food options for room service and the quality.. the breakfast, bar options on site.. the only negative at a stretch was the noisy aircon.. Very impressed with the stay.
