The Empire Apartment Hotel is situated in a great condition close walking distance to the river, shops and restaurants. The amenities were fantastic and the unit clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to fellow travellers

Adequate but I guess about as good as one should expect in a place like Rockhampton really. Bed pretty uncomfortable, arguing neighbours, and TVs from the early 2000s it seemed. Was really keen to hook up Netflix and relax but no luck. On a positive easy and free parking, good location, and nice soaps and shampoos.
