Rede Andrade Cecomtur

It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Not recommended. Flee from this place. Not good value for money. Only off-site parking, sketchy as we arrived to get the car and it was outside in the street. Smelly room, room was not ready when we arrived. No soap or towels when we arrived. Used razor in bathroom. Bed was small, uneven and with bedsheets smaller than the bed. Bad elevator, had to use stairs a lot. Good location though, and reasonable breakfast and staff seemed to try their best.

Inexpensive clean hotel with lots of families within short walk to public market, lots of shops and near bus terminal that allowed for travel around island. Front staff spoke some English but often had to use google translate app. There were some homeless people sleeping on streets at night around hotel so I was nervous about safety walking around at night. I was an older male from USA traveling alone without being able to speak any Portuguese. So I took cabs or Uber at night to be on safe side. Communicated with cabs primarily using google translate. Good breakfast included with price. Main drawback was slow often crowded elevators.

Great place to live hear but they shouldn't be charging for the parking.

The cecomtur has a great location in Florianopolis, close to the November park and all the shops downtown and is within walking distance to both bus terminals. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything works, A/C is noisy but working good. Room size is large but furniture seemed overused and old. This is a huge hotel, breakfast can be very crowded during busy season. Difficult to find parking nearby. Good value to stay a couple of days, but not long term.
