We loved that the hotel was built into a jungle like area with low catwalks to get to the rooms. The vegetation was lush. The pool, the bar and the restaurant were the center of the property. They have a regular pool and a cold pool- which was welcome in 90 degree Fahrenheit temperatures. There were probably not enough chaise lounges in the shade. There were nice bar stools overlooking the pool for a drink and for lunch. We ate New Year’s Eve dinner and two lunches at the restaurant. The lunches were excellent and the food was good. At dinner , service was quite slow. The lobby for check in is quite small and the process takes some time but the hotel is very nice. There are no telephones in the rooms so you must rely on WhatsApp. The WiFi was good . You sign on in the lobby with a QR code. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Falls. The hotel is well known so there is no problem in scheduling tours or transfers to and from the airport. I highly recommend seeing Iguazú Falls. All in all this hotel was a good choice for us.

The hotel is located inside a jungle reserve, so better rent a car or have lots of cash for taxis. WiFi did not work most of the time. Be prepared to see bugs, spiders, or small centipedes inside your room, they’re mostly harmless. This place is surrounded by nature, so if you do not enjoy this, I suggest looking for alternatives. Limited options for dining and having food, and it’s far from the main town.

A pleasant hotel but due to location you are very dependant on shuttles and taxis to go any where which adds to your costs. We had a lower unit which was quite noisy due to poor soundproofing between it and unit above.

We arrived late evening after a long day of traveling to find that they had not prepared twin beds in rooms as requested, no staff available to arrange this until morning - later the hotel provided an additional room at no charge for the first night. The rooms all have musty smell -some more than others, no screens on windows so we couldn't air rooms - left air conditioning on all night. Terribly slow service in restaurant and poolside. Excellent food, good breakfast, nice pool. No coffee maker in rooms- need to purchase hot drinks in restaurant. Isolated location, quiet and restfull which was nice. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. If you don't have a car, be prepared to walk 3/4 of a mike to get transportation to the falls, or pay for a taxi.

The setting of this hotel right in the heart of the jungle is truly remarkable and as amazing as the photos on their website. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with great food and an incredibly kind and welcoming staff. We didn't realize that most of the activities associated with Iguazu Falls are arranged inside the national park and not by the hotel but the hotel does prove transportation for a fee to the national park. The hotel provides a free evening shuttle to the main town but it's worth it to get a taxi into town earlier in the day especially to view the sunset over the three borders of Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.

Great hotel with pleasing atmosphere. Quiet, relaxed, and comfortable hotel near Iguazu Falls. We really enjoyed our experience here and have already recommended to friends heading there next week. Friendly staff willing to help with anything you need. There was a free shuttle into Puerto Iguazu each night, but you need to make a reservation. English speaking staff which was great since I am not completely fluent in spanish. Great overall experience with this hotel. We are looking into their hotel in Patagonia as well. Thank you!

This is a great hotel! Although it is located in the jungle, the falls and restaurants in town are just a short taxi ride away. The bed is the most comfortable that I have slept in in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom now looks different from the pictures and has an actual door. Breakfast is good, however I would recommend taking a taxi into town for dinner, as dinner at the hotel is overpriced and not very good.

Excellent food, staff, and accomodations. Probably the best hotel in our travels to Argentina!
