A very nice setting in the jungle. Easy access with taxi to the city. Breakfast was good. Room and the layout of the hotel was really nice.

The comfort of the beds is very bad, the cleaning is basic to bad and something to mention that caught my attention is that they charge for coffee in the rooms. I have a lot of experience in travel and hotels and I have never heard of you being charged for coffee. leave in the room

Great place to relax. Nice pools to get some Sun. The only down side is the limited dining. The only option is to dine in the hotel property or hire a taxi to go to a restaurant. The staff were friendly especially the breakfast staff. I would recommend this hotel if your main goal is to relax.

Fantastic stay. Gorgeous pools and property. Loved going on the lovely deck off the room in the evening.
Breakfast could use an omelette station (they have premade eggs, both scrambled and folded (like an omelette, but with nothing inside).
Staff is super helpful. About a $20 taxi ride to the falls. They are helpful in arranging a taxi.
I'd be very happy to stay again.

There was airport transportation offered by the hotel but only to the hotel. We had to pay for the transportation back to the airport.
it’s a beautiful hotel located in the middle of a jungle next to Iguazú river. Our room was comfortable but certain things were missing for being a five star. For example we experienced a bad smell every time we were walking into our room. We realized that there just have been a problem with the bathroom.
We wanted to change dollars to pesos and asked at the reception if we could change there. They indicated certain offices downtown where you could change money. This is really strange as you can change dollars almost at every hotel here in Argentina. You can also pay in other currencies almost everywhere in the country. No ATM.
The restaurants are good but they could offer more variety of dishes. The last night we wanted to have an early dinner and we went to the restaurant five minutes before it opened. We looked inside through the glass door and saw that everything was prepared for the night. We thought we could just walk in and sit outside waiting for service to start five minutes later. However, we were promptly asked not to walk in because they would open five minutes later. This doesn’t make sense. On one hand, anyone should respect the rules of restaurants. However, five minutes before they would open and everything was ready. This didn’t make sense and the way we were told not to walk in was very harsh. Not appropriate.

Amazing Hotel! Great breakfast! They provide transportation from airport IGR (Argentinian side only) to hotel. You have to pay to for the service to go to the airport, it’s only a few dollars. We had a driver from the hotel take us to the Argentinian national park and the next day he took us to the Brazilian National park.. got us through immigration border and pick us up at the end of the day. The hotel is beautiful and clean!!

This hotel is quite remote and far from city center. We arrived quite late at night and the good thing is that the hotel provides free transport from the airport. The environment is very relaxing. Front desk staff was very helpful and provided us advices regarding our trip to the Iguazu falls. We stayed for 3 nights. On the third night we experienced electrical breakdowns for several times. Although the electricity resumed after a short while, this is something that the hotel should improve.

Loi suites was a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a private villa which was very spacious and classy. There was a jacuzzi on our private deck, but we did not use it as were a bit worried about bugs -given we were in the middle of th jungle.
The resort amenities were excellent. The pool is beautiful and the restaurants look out over it which is a lovely view. The drinks were fantastic. Food at the lunch bar was so-so, but we loved the dinner restaurant (food and service was excellent) and the breakfast buffet.
We had several massages throughout our stay which were not fabulous, but certainly still relaxing and enjoyable.
There are a few jungle trails around the property which were quite nice. There were fewer bugs/mosquitos than expected.
You can take a taxi into town (about 250 AR or $15 dollars) where there are a number of good restaurants if you want to try somewhere different.
You can arrange a driver to and from the water falls (incredible!) for 900 AR (plus ~500 pp at the park...do not forget your passports as you need them to enter the park).
Overall this hotel was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Beautifully located within the rain forest and largely very comfortable (for some reason all the public seats and pool seats are too low for elderly people to get out of). Staff were great, the beef options on the menu did not come up to normal Argentine standards, but the fish was great.
We would have preferred guided tours, but the hotel insisted all we needed was to take a taxi to town or to the Falls, and then phone for the return trip - not convenient if your cell phone does not have a connection!.
Aside from the Falls and the Iguazu - Pirana confluence, there is not much to see. 5 nights was too long for a visit.
