Fantastic room, friendly staff and great service Checked out early for airport and they took liberty creating a take out breakfast which was delicious, unexpected and appreciated with an early flight. Location is great as river near, where you can take boat from dock to explore! Room better than expected! Thank you

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Rooms large and clean. Plenty of hot water. Suburban neighborhood. Near a jetty for water taxis. Very nice restaurants for traditional Malay food in the area. Good neighborhood Chinese restaurant with tasty dim sum.

I appreciated the free airport transfer service which was great. The room was very spacious, but the decor wasn’t great. The toilet wasn’t clean. There were remnants of something...so someone hadn’t flushed properly and then it hadn’t been cleaned!

Stay was good but it would have been nice upon check in for them to offer information about breakfast/shuttle. Also found previous guests hair on the bathroom floor.
