Executive Residency by Best Western Calgary City View North

First time staying at Best Wester executive in Calgary, the experience was amazing we got an upgrade the junior suite room, airport shuttle and super friendly staff

Complimentary shuttle, and shopping centre nearby: Try the ready to eat Chinese meals.

Hotel is close to the airport, quiet and clean. 15-20 minutes away from one of the largest malls in Calgary. Also a pretty good value for the price!

Very impressed with this hotel! My husband and I travel often and this is the best Best Western we have ever stayed at, in fact it’s one of the best non-high end hotels that we have stayed in! Great friendly staff! Very clean hotel throughout with lovely furnishings! Lovely dining room that serves breakfast and dinner! We loved our large 2 queen bed studio with the large kitchenette! Large very clean bathroom! The bed linen was amongst the cleanest, new looking we have ever seen! It looked like it had been ironed and folded before being put on our beds! No bad room odors! So happy that I made the choice to stay here! The nightly rate was reasonable! The area that the hotel is located in is also very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Was charged despite having all flights cancelled during the tech outage on Friday. This made it impossible to get to Calgary from Toronto. Expedia called on my behal Friday as soon as this occurred, but was advised they needed to escalate to management. No response received. I opted to pay at the hotel, and not only did they charge me for the cancellation but another no show fee equaling over $500 in charges for a reservation I had no ability to make given no flights to Calgary were able to leave. Terrible service, and poor follow up.

Great stay after long flight. Very quiet. Extremely comfy bed. Clean and good kitchen. Great bathroom. Appreciated spacious unit. Excellent free shuttle service

Great room size, layout and content. Useable kitchenette and fridge size for longer stays. Pool and gym were clean and roomy too. Patio overlooks the green space behind property. Super quiet despite being near airport and downtown

Really good value, very clean room, the bed was comfortable, free shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend. Would’ve been great if they had an actual room as a business center.

The room is clean. There’s a whole kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, utensils, pots…very convenient to store or cook foods. I really like this hotel. They also have complimentary shuttle to airport. I’ll stay at this hotel again when I come to Calgary.
