Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport

Super close to the airport and Niagara Falls.&

Hard to locate but good find. The pool opens 6am good prior to flight. Nice hotel new fresh room.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Kind of in a weird spot with not alot of parking. Room has firm beds and comfy pillows. My coffee pot didnt work but the rest of the stay was nice. I would stay again.

Close to airport. Easy check in. Free airport shuttle. Spacious, clean rooms. Good security. We would overnight here again.

The good was the thick, thirsty towels. The bathroom tile was heated, which was nice. The room appeared clean and is relatively new. The bad was my first room was 28 C (over 80 F) upon entering. Since it was on the sunny side of the building, it was only going to get hotter. I went down to the desk and rather than assign me a new room they told me they would send maintenance. After a long day of travel, I would have preferred to just get a working room. Maintenance came and tried trouble shooting but couldn’t fix the problem. I went back to the desk and they assigned me a new room in “business class”. When I entered the room, it was smaller than my original one. But the ac worked. Both outlets near the bed did not however, so my phone (also my alarm clock) was on the other side of the room from the bed. For a business room, you would think there would be USB outlets, but there were not. Also, the shower took several minutes to get warm water. The menu for the hotel catered to a specific demographic, as did many options in the area. While the location is optimal for the airport, I would have preferred to stay in the south of Calgary where the dining and shopping options are more diverse.
