Older property with lots of charm, quiet room, super nice staff, nice pool and hot tub, lots of free parking, shopping mall across the street and good selection of restaurants close by.

I enjoyed my stay here. Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use renos but the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly and also kept my luggage while I was away from the hotel for a few hours. Only downside was having to only use a credit card for the deposit but otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. Hotel and room was clean. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A very 'easy on the wallet' hotel and conveniently located in between from downtown and the airport.

Reasonable price for a Clean and convenient place to stay before flying out of Kelowna. Wish the coffee was ready that morning when we left a 5 AM .

This is an excellent value for money hotel situated 4.5km from the lake. Plenty of local amentities and don't be fooled by first impressions on arrival. It seem like a typical out of town motel, however it's excellent value for money and I would recommend the two queen bed room which was an ideal comfort break after a hard drive from Vancouver. The staff are delightful, it's extremely clean and there's free parking with a fantastic restaurant a short walk away.

Was exactly as expected. Nothing at all wrong with the room, bed was good, had some updates, retro tub, we like having the door sectioning off tub and toilet from the sink. Its older which is obvious, and the only issue might be no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and at some points that was a little taxing.

Our room had an ant infestation - ants crawling all over the floor. Floors were dirty and room in poor condition overall. We were very surprised as the price they charge would make you think you are getting a much nicer place to stay. Additionally, the room was noisy and located next to the parking lot. We were exposed many times to diesel fumes from trucks in the parking lot just meters away from out room sliding doorway. To make things worse, our room was located right next to the "smokers pit" where people go to smoke. So much for fresh air and a nice clean place to stay!

We had a really nice family vacation at the hotel, we enjoy the central location, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi. The delicious breakfast is served from 7 to 10, it has fruit, juice, boilled eggs, waffles, jam, bread, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea and enough delicious food to start the day. They really have a friendly staff. The rooms were very spacious and there was always plenty of parking. A little bit outdated, needs some renovations in carpet in the stairs and the bathrooms, but overall its a good value for the price,

What is unique is the incredible staff. JJ, Coletta, the lady who just completed her course in enviro studies , the 2 young ladies who were keeping the breakfast items stocked and their friendliness. The young ladies kept everything so clean and still had smiles on after a group with children left the place a total mess. The moms expected to be waited on i guess. Every single staff member working at Dilworth Inn are the best we have ever encountered and we have travelled a lot. Please send out extra special thank yous from us. I hope you all get treated well by the guests.

Warm welcome from staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Lots of information on local eateries in the room. Very close to good restaurants. I will definitely stay there again when flying from Kelowna.
