Front desk staff was nice. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Parking convenient Pet friendly aspect was helpful because we were travelling with our dog The overall price was not worth it We arrived around 8 PM and housekeeping had not completed their duties. Garbage bags were lined down the hallway beside every door. I think the hotel is being used by quality Inn to house, homeless people, and those who may be new to Canada Our room smelled musty Ambulance and cops were there in the middle of the night Lots of traffic in and out of the place The overall area looked pretty sketchy Expedia advertised the hotel as being pet friendly, but did not include the amount of the pet fee in the price

The property offers airport shuttle but they only operate from 5am to 10:30am and then from 4:00pm to 11:00pm. I had to be at the airport at 2:30pm so I had to take a taxi that charged me $20usd as the hotel is in an industrial area not close to the airport. It wasn't that convenient as it also was far from town. I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel.

I chose this YUL-area hotel because Expedia listed a sauna, hot tub, pool and restaurants as amenities, but none of them were available. If I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Fortunately, we arrived in the evening, so we couldn’t see how dirty the carpet was. The dimly lit bathroom also made it difficult to see the dirty tiles. The view from the room was of garage dumpsters, a parking lot and a pile of discarded tires. On the bright side, the tires weren’t on fire, the bedding was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the airport shuttle picked us up and returned us to YUL.

Close to airport and very convenient shuttle service. Pricey for just a night sleep between flights but to be fair the other airport close hotels were similiarly priced.

It was nightmare to stay in this hotel. The room were I stayed was terrible as I was just stayed from 7:30 pm until 5:30 am morning. Around 12:30 am and around 2:30 am it was so loud noise of the guests that I couldn't get sleep. I was disturbed throughout the night. I booked hotel to take rest if I knew that I will not get rest in my layover for my next connecting flight I will not wast $200 on hotel room rather I would stay at airport at saved money. The front desk staff in the morning was rude as I requested for airport shuttle and he replied if I checkout in 2 minutes then he can send driver to drop me otherwise I have to wait half an hour. I understand the policy of half an hour gap for shuttles but the way it was told not acceptable. If really hotel management realized that the mistake they made then they should refund me in full
