We were treated like lower class clients, because we had booked with Expedia. They have shuttle service to the airport only for travelers who booked directly with the Hotel. Expedia users must get a taxi at a much higher cost.

We booked a room overlooking the garden! A after a long day of travelling it was wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine on our terrace overlooking the tropical garden! Love the atmosphere here!

The staff are pleasant and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. This is a convenient place to stay if arriving at the airport late with plans to go to Quebec City. Hotel receptionist suggested a taxi rather than Uber to get to Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. Beware of taxi drivers who will take you to Quebec City but don't have change for a $20 CAD. Uber would have been a better choice.

We thought we reserved a quiet spot by the airport because our flight was at 5:15 am the next morning. So, we were up by 3:00 am. What we got was quite a noisy musical show from an excellent performer. But we’re flexible. The hotel had a fun atmosphere. What we didn’t like was the lighting in the room, which was quite dark. Also, there was mold in the shower soap dispenser.

Well located near airport with many facilities on site; pool, restaurant, bar, hair salon etc. Furniture & carpets need upgrading. We were on the 2nd floor and the carpets in the hallway were very dirty. No elevator to the 2nd floor so inconvenient for disabled individuals. Front counter staff were efficient but not outwardly friendly and the lady didn’t even crack a smile. Her actions were kind of robotic. We only stayed one night so can’t offer an opinion on the ample facilities.

The hotel was nice but has no elevators. This made it difficult for us with our luggage since our room was on the 2nd floor and luggage cart was ineffective to travel up a level. Stairs were required.
