Home2 Suites By Hilton Quebec City

The stay was very comfy but parking is a nightmare if you come in late at night and the area around has very limited options. Breakfast used to get quite busy but managable, rooms as always in Home2Suites are very good and large and very handy kitchen as well

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We were travelling with a baby and our dog and so the kitchenette facilities were extremely useful to us. We also enjoyed using the pool and ate on the patio more than once. With a dog, access to a patio and chairs was very welcomed. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, but as someone who has lived in Quebec for many years, I appreciated being able to head out from the old town and stay in a more calm part of town. It's only a 15 minute drive in to see the sights. The only hiccup to our stay was trying to get breakfast. The hotel was very busy and so there was too much traffic at breakfast - just bad planning in terms of the size of the breakfast area and the number of possible guests. It would also help if people made a little effort to grab their breakfast in a more coordinated way and didn't act as though they are the only ones who need to feed their families (nothing on the hotel, just a comment to the population haha).

Convenient to airport.

The good things were the pool, the gym and the room had a good size with a lot of storage which was very convenient. The kitchenette was very convenient as well. Now the less good things were the bad smell in the room, the windows were locked and there was no ventilation at all, not even in the bathroom. Also we asked for a room with a bathtub as we were travelling with 2 toddlers (2 and 4 years old) and unfortunately they were not able to give us one, so bath time was a real pain. Finally the breakfast was only average, poor quality of food and not that many choice. For example we would have appreciated more fruits than apple, banana and orange and more pastries than only muffins. I guess we were a bit disappointed because this hotel is part of the Hilton group and we are very far from the Hilton standards.

Entrance is tight for a shared entry & exit driveway, however there is ample parking on the premise. My room's AC was not working, as well as no working fan in bathroom & bed was broken. Ended up leaving early as it was not a comfortable stay. Would not recommend & will be staying elsewhere on my next visit to Quebec.

Very close to the airport which was exactly what we were looking for and the staff helped us with dining options and getting a cab at 4am in the morning!

I would still like to have the benefits of my gold membership even though I booked through Expedia. I understand not getting points for the night stay but the water & the snack would be nice. The parking is tight as well.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night before leaving Quebec and it was great! It was extremely convenient to the airport, everything was very clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly, the room was well appointed, and the hotel and surrounding area was quiet. There were some nice touches like tasty frozen meals, ice cream and alcohol that you could buy downstairs and cook/ eat in your room, as well as free hot chocolate, tea and coffee in the lobby. Parking was free and there’s a free breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked nice. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good but some berries or fruit other than apples would have been great and a nice addition for the oatmeal. It’s located on a busy road and we asked to be on the parking lot side away from the road. The kind woman who checked us in said that it would be quiet on the top floor even though it faced the street. It was noisy with traffic starting around 6am. Other than that, everything was nice.
