Hotel & Motel le Luxembourg

There was lots of very hot water. Room was clean. Advertised as a non smoking premises which was completely untrue! The parking lot had rows of chairs blocking the sidewalks and butts all over the ground with clusters of smokers hanging around everywhere. In the evening the hallway reeked of marijana and in the morning it stunk of cigarette smoke. Cannot recommend despite the clean room.

This place is a dumb. It looks awful on the outside and even worse on the inside. It is attached to a karaoke bar, so it is loud and full of really drunk people. The hallways were full of debris and equipment, and everything was super beat up and poorly maintained. Inside the room, it's not the worst I've been in, but it was bad. There is a TV stand with no TV in it, and a hole punched in the back of the TV stand. All the furniture is extremely dated and there is a pull out couch with a blanket covering all the material. Presumably, it is completely scrapped underneath. Everything has been painted over, But for no good reason. Like they just did a really bad job. So there's paint on all the light switches, door, knobs, towels, and the top of the toilet tank. And the toilet tank, especially, would have been easy to scrape off the excess paint. But they just left it. It just looks so rundown. And to think I paid $119 to stay there for just six hours. They also charge you a $200 deposit fee upfront. I can't remember ever seeing this, they said it was normal. I said I travel a lot and I've never been charged a deposit. But they charge you for the room, and that is fine. Then they want you to pay a second time for the deposit. What is $200 going to even cover should there be damage? So I can damage the room at all they have to pay $200. No wonder it's such a dump. Oh, and I can't forget the coin operated adult movie connection box on the wall. It was defunct, but they left it up

this is the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. Price gouging exraordinaires .... I paid close to 400$ that i stayed in this rat hole for 4 hours ... it was so disgusting that I just took a taxi to go spend time in a starbucks instead of staying in this dump. I would rather sleep in a hut in Afghanistan.

The photos have nothing to do with the real thing. The bed sheets were clean but worn out. The toilet was not well fixed into place. Police came to the parking and it seems that this may happen often. Not the experience I was hoping for.
