Hotel & Suites Monte-Cristo

We arrived right at check in after a funeral. The person who checked us in was friendly. He told us our room was just down the hall, so we walked to go see thankful when we arrived that we had not brought the bags as it was fairly far. We saw that we had patio doors and could park right outside. It was confusing how to get around to our side though as there was only one way. When we went for dinner we locked up the patio several times as it wouldn’t actually lock. Arriving back we tried the doors and indeed they were still unlocked. We rented a suite with the soaker tube for a relaxing end to our day. No word of a lie it took 15 minutes to fill the tub (we even filled the ice bucket in the bathroom repeatedly to make it fill faster) We realized around 3 in the morning that this place is for couples hooking up as we had to leave for the airport and in the hallway you could hear several different people enjoying themselves. However you will be happy to hear that the inside of the rooms are soundproofed? I did not sleep, however the bed was comfortable. Grateful I only stayed one night.

our room was spacious and clean, the hotel was quiet and parking was convenient. Staff was courteous. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

I traveled from USA to Canada an upon arrival, thr management informed me that my booking was canceled. I traveled for 9 hours and expect no signal since it's a different country. It was peack season so every hotel was full. It was a nightmare.

nice location,good for traveler

Overpriced for what it was, motel is getting old, strange constant banging/knocking noise from water pipes, hair on the bedspread, old smell to the room. Bit far from the old town but driving and parking was ok.

We went to this hotel to checkin at 2:30 PM (their official checkin time is 2 PM and its written in bold words at the front desk). But, the staff did not give us the keys of our room and asked us to come back at a later time (3 PM or later). This is was very bad as our flight to Quebec was delayed and we were very tired and very badly wanted to rest for a while before we head out. Anyways, once we entered the room it was very stinky. Other things were nice. Breakfast was good. This hotel is quite far away from the city centre.
