The parking is non - regulated…. There are cars, suvs and pick up trucks everywhere- including areas that clearly say: no parking !!! The Hotel doesn’t do anything about it ….!!! The answer is: I am sorry ….!!!

This is a decent option for business travel. Yet the building is old and amenities limited. Bring your own heir dryer. The one offered here is probably from the 60’s. Nice staff though.

The hotel was nice and pretty central in concepcion. WIFI was working. But what we remember is how slow everything was. The reception service was incredible slow. After checking out they needed to wait until the line was gone before they could order a taxi for us. That took 50 minutes. During the breakfast we also was basically waiting for food, plates, cutlery.
