We stayed one night since we had an early flight. The stuff was attentive, the room and overall hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. They had transportation arranged for us at 4:30 am which was very convenient.

Felipe at front desk was so wonderful and helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed and it was late inthe evening after a long day of traveling from Miami, FL. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Secluded hotel near airport. Excellent service with helpful staff. Hotel security is excellent with guard at front gate. This was a last minute booking, so I excused the lack of a chair in the room, chain on curtain was off track, so unable to open or close, and shower did not drain properly. I will definitely return as hotel property and staff were helpful, professional, and attentive. Restaurant closes at 6pm, so late dinner is arranged with restaurant delivery service.

Everything was good but the promote airport shuttle and you need to pay that apart is 40000cop more

Hotel is new and clean, staff is really nice but this hotels is one of those that charge you for everything. Transportation from airport to hotel has an extra charge an late checkout (an extra hour) has a charge of more than the room price. It also bother me that there was not a trash can at the room. Breakfast was ok. In general I probably won’t stay again at this hotel, they are many other closer to the airport with probably more perks for the same price.

Great quiet modern hotel by the airport. Surrounded by nature and birds. Very calm. All staff so pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable room and beds. they can arrange transfer from airport. Breakfast nice not buffet but cooked to order
