We paid £270 a night for 3 nights, but the man got charged for linen (£45), and charged for electricity, water and heating (£17), including the heating that was inexplicably on when we got there (the place was like an oven, it was end of July and 24 degrees outside), no notification of that and no instructions on how to turn it off / down - strange underfloor heating, and presumably for standard things like the fridge freezer to be on during our time there. Surely a more reasonable way of doing it would be to have a cap on the regular usage and charge to use more.
Lalandia itself was great, but I wouldn’t trust the lifeguards in the (brilliant) pool area to be effective. Never really saw one actually working, always just chatting and joking with one another.
The shuttle train was infrequent and always packed out, so get ready to do a lot of walking if you don’t want to take a car.

The houses are far from the Waterpark and the transfer is often full.

Accessibility is very good to both lalandia and to lego land. Very close to the airport. Free small train every 30 mins. From your cottage location to lalandia. Cottages are very nice. Good stay for families. Price is on higher side. Will be good if toiletries are provided in the price if the prices are high.

Lovely spacious cottage, great facilities. The kids and adults loved the waterpark, although the lifeguards were scarce. The staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful - as it was quiet they let us use the trampolines and tobogganing for as long as we wanted. The only downside was our cottage was a long walk from the main complex and the tractor train was often full so had to walk 20 minutes. They need more carriages or two tractors for busy times of the day. I'd recommend taking scooters or bikes (or rollerskates!) for this reason. Free circular shuttle bus to airport and attractions was useful. Easy walking distance to Legoland and about 15 min walk to Lego House. Would definitely stay there again.

The main purpose of our visit was to visit Legoland Denmark, the original Legoland park. We flew to Billund from London Stansted. We decided to stay at the Lelandia resort, which is next door to Legoland and about 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport. We stayed in a 'chalet', which was clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. There were various playgrounds scattered around the site and a few animals. The main Lelandia Centre had an excellent 'soft play' area and the swimming pool was the best we have ever visited. There were also various other facilities and left luggage lockers (big enough for cases if needed) in the main building. We were given wristbands which worked everything from lockers in the swimming pool to the lock on our chalet - and could be charged with money as well for use in the shops. Best of all was that we were only a few minutes walk from Legoland. Many of the rides are similar to the UK park at Windsor, but there are some additional attractions. Everyone speaks English and are friendly and helpful.

Would highly recommend! Great resort, super clean etc
Only negative is we arrived at night time and hotels.com didn’t release chalet number so we were in pitch black with a long walk to try find out accommodation after the security guard gave us a key which wasn’t ideal with small children so keep in mind if you’re travelling at night as the reception is closed up!

Taxi service was appalling at departure. The reception gave a telephone number to call them so they could order a taxi, but it was impossible to get through to the reception (having tried for about half an hour). A direct telephone line to the reception is needed. Having walked to the reception with luggage in the end, they ordered a taxi which never showed up! And we had to walk away from Lalandia to a traffic circle to wait for it. Very disappointing. FInally Legoland Resort's reception helped and managed to get us a taxi instead. Also, the Lalandia restaurants and shops close way too early in the evening.
