Costa Love Aparta-Hotel

I needed a place to stay for 1 night before I could go to my resort and this place was absolutely PERFECT! Very clean, very HELPFUL staff, great restaurant onsite which includes a free buffet breakfast and they prebooked transportation from the airport for me. Im so pleased with the customer service. What a great first impression to welcome me to Punta Cana

This property is very safe. I unexpectedly stayed here due to missing my flight and have no complaints. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay again!

Our flight got canceled so we had to find a quick spot not too far from the airport so we could get back for the next flight. This hotel was amazing. Nice little quaint spot, comfortable room with Netflix and other stream services. There is a hidden gem of a restaurant on the premises as well. HIGHLY recommend. The hotel worker the next morning even accommodated us a later check out so we wouldn’t have to sit at the airport too long. Thankful for the staff, I wish I got their names. The late night guy who checked us in and made us feel safe and at ease, to the lady in the morning extending check out, and the nice young man who offered us taxi services and let us wait til it arrived in the lobby. 11/10

Ended up here after a flight mistake by WJ gave us two extra days but no hotel. Great value and their Dominican breakfast is excellent. Manager was super helpful and provided a lot of information about the area. Room was clean and comfortable. This is in downtown Punta Cana and a great way to see the actual Dominican culture. We walked around the downtown during the day and people were friendly and helpful despite our very poor Spanish. We would stay here again.
