Absolutely no complaints when it comes to anything at TRS Cap Cana. The only thing was it sits in a marina and the beach was very small (although they do offer free shuttle service to a nearby public beach daily) and I wish there were more food options as far as authentic Dominican food.
The staff were all amazing, from checkin, waiters and waitresses, personal butler, bar tenders and activity hosts. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained.

What i truly oved about TRS CAP CANA is the treatment & professionalism of the staff. I felt like a king here, and definitely will travel again down to TRS CAP CANA. Moreover, the food was majestic, activities here were very fun specially with Charly & Jeffrison as hosts. The club is nice and chill with a great bartender like Robert. The scenery here is beautiful specially at night time. But what i love about TRS CAP CANA is the staff. They are the ones that made my vacation the best.

The location is beautiful and the property is clean but we expected better service from a resort that provides butler service. Upon arrival, check in was confusing and took much longer than anticipated, especially after checking in online, traveling most of the day, and arriving after check in time. Even though we met directly with our butler and reviewed what we would like to have in our mini bar daily, we felt like we had to beg to have it restocked. Robertico in the lobby bar was attentive, personable, and polite. The resort has a lot of potential but the inconsistencies are a big downside.

We stayed at the TRS Cap Cana for our honeymoon. It was our first all inclusive vacation, and we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. Check in was quick and seamless, though we were tired after a big day of travelling. We noticed our first morning that we were placed in a junior suite after booking a full suite. We notified our butler and reception and with some prompting they had us in a new room by dinner time. There was really one option for a breakfast buffet apart from room service, but the fruit and orange juice were excellent. For lunch, there was the snack grill and Helios lunch menu. For dinner, there are three a la carte options (no buffet) and room service. The food was okay and there are options for everyone. The bartenders, servers and cleaning staff were so helpful and accommodating, though our butler required some follow up to ensure dinners were scheduled and answer questions. The pools were clean, and we had no trouble finding a spot to sit in the sun. The beach area was quite small (smaller than expected) and was covered in sargassum, which is not their fault. The atmosphere is very quiet, though there are daily activities to partake in (most of the time). The boardwalk along Cap Cana was beautiful, and something we took advantage of for daily walks. Overall, we were able to relax and soak up some sun; however, there were more hiccups than anticipated. We would return to the Cap Cana area in the future and with TRS, just not this hotel.

Some one star reviews are full of hyperbole. This is not one of them. The list of deficiencies at TRS Cap Cana are myriad and include: misrepresenting total room cost, poor room condition, failure to provide even the most basic service (no extra towels, waited three days for extra blanket, pretty much anything we asked for was like pulling teeth, no beach, shuttle to actual beach rigid in schedule and once at that beach often no towels or drinks and located in worst part of beach), restaurants average at best, liquor cheap, and on and on. Truly an experience we would never repeat.

Pros: service, responsiveness (private butler did a great job), traveled with friends so it was more bearable.
Cons: Food was subpar (even for mass produced foreign meals), only two restaurants, overpriced for what you get, bedding was scratchy, lack-luster entertainment, tv stopped working and was not resolved, we had an issue with booking before arrival and we could not reach anyone to help get it resolved until the night before and we were charged an insane amount of additional money for the change that needed to be made….we also stayed on the phone with hotels.com for hours to get it done.
Overall, I did get a chance to relax, but this was not a good experience and I’ve been to better all inclusive places

The service is very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the food, entertainment and we were well looked after. The small private beach is disappointing however there is a shuttle ttakes you over to beautiful Juanillo beach a short distance away. Overall We reallt enjoyed our stay here!

Clean room and beautiful view ,staff was friendly and accommodating , Edwin was excellent and satisfied all our requests. Entertainment was fun and engaging. Only glitch was checkout with the price of our massages they said i owed 400 but the receipt i had said 270 overall it was corrected but it took about 35 minutes and i was having concerns about missing our flight.

The property is not a 5 star, at best 3 star. Limited restaurants, the sister property is 45 mins away and we were told $90 transfer, when online it says you can use amenities there. Service was less than good and at times rude. Lunch options were scarce, not really any snack options. They would run out of towels at pool by lunchtime and I could go on and on. We actually looked at booking somewhere else one day in but we had already paid approximately $7200 and would not get a refund. So we made the best of it and got off property when we could.
