The property was quiet and had plenty of places outside of the room to relax...lounge with pool table, outside gazebo and pool area. Large pool. Weight room. The garden and outside area plants were a nice touch, very pretty. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower pressure was great. The restaurant and service were top notch, exceptional food. Front desk and bell service were very helpful. Very good location near airport. Transport to airport was great and efficient. We would definitely stay here again, and look forward to it.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel, we read a lot of reviews and compared different hotels before making our decision. We really loved staying at this hotel because it was like 10 minutes away from the airport and our flights to and from Santiago were extremely early. We were able to check in early for a small fee which included breakfast since we arrived during breakfast hours. My husband and I would like to recognize Miguel at breakfast who took care of us every single morning making us fresh omelets. He was so polite, friendly and professional. He really made us feel welcomed and special. Also Ivelise was wonderful and helpful, she took care of us at dinner time and did an excellent job. Eddie and Jean from the front desk were excellent and friendly too. Everyone at this hotel was friendly, professional and always had a smile and greeted us whenever they saw us. The pickup and drop-off at the airport was very easy and convenient. At the pickup we received two bottles of cold water and we were so thirsty after we got off the plane that it felt amazing the way Hodelpa was taking care of us before checking in. Such as request Uber, take w/u breakfast to airport if running on limited Overall, safe, nice welcome gesture & vey professional from the check in counter to restaurant to the very nice pool area!

I had a late flight, so I called ahead of time to let them know I would be checking in late. My flight was delayed for two hours, so I ended up arriving at the hotel at 3:30 a.m. Even though I called ahead, my room was not ready at 3:30 a.m., the time I was supposed to have my room ready. The premises are clean, and it is very close to the airport.

Very nice and Close to airport

Great hotel very close to the airport. Wonderful place to start your journey. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is a tropical paradise. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. Ediber (Eddie), at the front desk, was extremely helpful. I was so impressed that I booked another stay.
