No elevator when you travel with luggage can be a nuisance

The property is located in the city center, providing excellent accessibility to various places such as shopping centers and plazas. Its location allows easy access to the central monument of Santiago. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfast is excellent. The cost-benefit ratio is very favorable, offering great quality at a reasonable price. However, they need to improve the parking facilities, as there are none available.

The only thing that was bad was no parking. I had to pay to park my car away from the hotel. There were a few spots on the road to that were always full. I drove around 5 times before calling the property. They said no parking. But it said self parking on there listing.

I gave the hotel a 4 stars because there’s only 3-4 parking spots so you world have to park in the street. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. You will hear street noise.

This is a 3 Star Hotel, fair price, clean facilites, rooms okey minus some details due to aging and maintenance, located near the city & across a hospital, transportation available, parking very limited, management personnel not too friendly, specially at the dinnng facility...

Does not have much parking space. Good option to stay a night. Affordable.

Great hotel staff and cleanliness. Not much parking and on busy street. Cuban Grill restaurant is very close and very good! Clean, safe and convienient….I would stay again.

The property has only 3 parking spaces not conviene when it has other store within the building.

Arrived very late staff available and helpful. Been there before so happy my devices connected every worked breakfast was perfect and close to my appointment and travel

I stayed at the property for my birthday this year. It was the perfect spot for me. It is next to the hospital and the street is super busy, although maybe not unusual for Santiago. Both taxis and Uber pick up right outside the building. The facilities were very clean, and were cleaned daily. My room had a puddle when I arrived, and they promptly moved me to another room. I think it was the poor design of the shower. The best was the breakfast. You could have one of 3 choices, local breakfast (usually eggs, mangu, meat, juice and coffee). a sandwich that was simply wonderful, or a omlette, which I didn't ever have. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I definately would stay and reccommend it again. When I arrived there was no shuttle, but I feel maybe it was communication difficulties, so I am not sure if they have one. There are several great restaurants and groceries in walking distance. I loved my stay. It was perfect.
