It was amazing place we enjoy it so much the hotel staff were very friendly The hotel close to everything, the beach restaurants , very calm and super safe and good for family The staff were very helpful and super nice On my way back after i went through the custom and less then hour to my flight i remembered that i forgot my wallet in the hotel i called right away they found it and send it straight with taxi driver in about 10 munite i got my wallet i will never forget that I just want to say thank you so much for the help i will look forward to go back again

Close to the airport

I like the friendliness of the staff, the included breakfast and the closeness to the beach. The front desk staff were helpful with scheduling tours and supporting with taxi arrangement.

We booked after reading customer reviwes. Evertything was true to our experience, good room, excelent customer service and to top it of amazing breakfast. Walkable to beach, not a tourist spot by any means gor i ternarional travelers but it is nice and get to experience how locals enjoy precious beach. There are dru kards or otherwise street vendors teying to make a sale or conversation. Nothing a continus walk wirh no eye contact wouldnt weedout.

Stay at the Batey Hotel for one night stop while waiting for my next flights. The place was very nice and well maintained, clran and rooms where spacious and very comfortable. Staff is A+, very helpful and welcoming. I use their private transportation to the hotel to make my life easier.

The property refused to refund the one night reservation. We couldn’t check in at the property due to flight / migrations problems.

The hotel is okay, nothing fancy - but certainly sufficient. Breakfast was okay as well. Disappointed that there was not the promised airport shuttle, chose that hotel specifically for this reason - ended up having to pay for a cab

Pleasant staff. Good food. Allowed me to check out 2,5 hours later because of delayed flight and they were really understanding.

The only thing I liked about this place was the overnight guy they have to care for this place (Charlie). As soon as you enter the room, you can tell by the strong smell of sweat, dirty that the sheet are not fresh clean. I placed a small linen I had and used my traveling pillow to rest for two hours. When I left the room I noticed I left behind $600 dollars when I went back the receptionist said to me that the cleaning team did not find anything and the room is already rented. I said “ok, thank you.” I recommend this place to use the $600 of mine and buy a lot of detergent and wash everything the way is supposed to be, stop being cheap, and give customer a pleasant stay. I won’t ever stay at this place, even if it is the last one open. (Just an honest review) God bless you!
