Concorde El Salam Hotel

This was a very enjoyable stay just before we ended out travels . The hotel was really inviting and the staff were great, the bed was one of the most comfortable I gave ever stayed. I would highly recommend.

Staff was so friendly and they helped arrange a shuttle for us to and from the airport. A lot of dining options at the hotel. About 25 minutes away from downtown Cairo which I liked because it wasn’t as busy and crowded as downtown is. Ubers were always available to take us anywhere we needed to go. The hotel was also very clean and beautiful

This is one of the most elegant and beautiful hotels i have stayed at and I was given nothing but royal treatment from the moment I arrived at the airport until I was delivered back for my return home. This place is so comfortable, clean and has so much to enjoy from amazing restaurants to an incredible breakfast buffet and outstanding staff and customer service. So conveniently located as well. I will stay here again for sure and i very highly recommend this hotel

Excellent stay, from the truly 5star airport pick up, early arrival accommodation, to the late checkout. The staff provided 5 star service, and felt completely safe on the luxurious grounds.

Close to the airport convenience friendly staff

Before our last night, I would have said this hotel was ok. Not spectacular but ok. The last night they had a party in the main courtyard which our room faced. Thumping music past midnight when we had a 4am wake up for our flights home was really not appreciate. None off us got any sleep. The age of most hotel guest was middle age or more so can’t imagine many of their guests being happy with the situation. This hotel also allows smoking in the main floor lobby and cafe area. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated every hall and our non smoking room.

Good service and convenient shuttle bus. The staff for Cairo trip is very nice and helpful.

Do not stay at this hotel. Find another hotel to stay at. We stayed here after the overnight train from Luxor. We had emailed earlier in the week about doing a check in early and never heard back to them. Once we arrived we waited two hours in the lobby and was given one of our two rooms, then waited another hour. The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, but the staff is not very accommodating. We had to remind them about our food rewards, but they neglected to tell us which restaurants we could use, so upon check out we were told we did not get our discounts. We had a super early flight the next day and left the hotel at 2am. Once we arrived at the airport I noticed my airpods were at the hotel. We immediately called the hotel to tell them which room they were in and sent them the map from our tracker. We even told them what they look like and where they were. They claim that they were not in the room, however my tracker was connected to them and could see they were located in the room. We continued to email them about looking in the room for the past couple of days since being home. We even had our guide go to the hotel to look in the room, yet the staff did not allow him in. They claimed they still were not there. They have yet to contact us back after several emails. Again...if you want an honest, communicative hotel, do not stay here. There are many other choices you can go to, do not stay here. Stay away.

This really is a great property. It has all the amenities. The rooms are a bit dated but clean an equipped, so I enjoyed them. The city outside the hotel is not that safe to travel alone. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers great food and room service, so that was great. But being in Cairo you want to see the city. I would suggest a hotel near the Nile with walkable places. If you want to be close to the airport, which we did, this is your #1 pick. Great Airport service. They sent someone to walk us through immigration. The service was unmatched. I'd stay here again.
