It was not bad but it was also not so good. the A/C and the fridge in the room were loud. The conierge service was terrible, asking me to pick up my deliveries and not allowing my Uber driver in the hotel driveway. The airport limosine service is way over-priced for a very short distance. On a positive note, receptionists were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel, (I travel for work) and the service here is fantastic. The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure. I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo!

Great location for the night before an early flight. 99 Egyptian pounds (£1.60) in an Uber to the Airport. Hotel was great, massive room and comfy bed. Nice pool, spa and massage facilities. Only downside is that smoking was allowed in the Bar area and Italian restaurant.

Professional, accommodating, understanding, and incredible staff; the front desk, dining staff-cooks, great food, parking staff, and cleaning staff. My stay was very enjoyable for what I needed to do on my vacation to this part of the world for my first time. I would definitely stay here on any future trip to Cairo. Thank you again for making me feel welcome.

My stay was so enjoyable, I decided to extend it one more day. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern looking. I recommend this hotel for any traveler because of its location and staff. Will definitely rebook again.

Good bang for your buck hotel. Close to the Cairo airport and major road ways. Food options close by. The hotel itself was very nice. The bar area and staff were great. The front desk was amazing - Caroline was awesome! The room was very spacious and roomy however - it was not very clean. The tub has stains on them, the walls and trims are all chipped and coming apart. Needs some TLC. for us, it was a place to shower and sleep as we had two action packed days. If you are in the same boat, this is ideal. if you are looking to spend a lot of time in the rooms, keep looking.

We requested an extra early check in but it was unavailable, so we had to sleep in the lobby for a couple of hours. They were however able to get us in our room earlier then check in time. Check your flights and book a room the day before if necessary. We had requested 2 beds but were given a room with 1 bed. They provided a roll away bed. We had to request everything- extra towels-TP-shampoo we didn’t have enough for 4 people. Bottled water was provided which was a + Breakfast was good but the exact same thing everyday. If we come back ti Cairo we will most likely try a different property.
