The service was terrible the restaurant was terrible to the air conditioner was not working good and it was the worst hotel I went in my travelling experience??

The staff were great and particularly on the Friday when they were frazzled by the global IT issues! Lovely hotel and could hardly tell it was very close to main roads and an airport!

Undoubtedly the nicest airport hotel I can remember staying in! Great design in lobby and rooms, and beautiful pool area too. Only complaints were that the room wasn’t fully clean (kept finding hairs everywhere and floor wasn’t super clean) and front desk service was spotty

We stayed at the Hilton Garden inn one night, in advance of flying out of Marseilles. The staff we encountered couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. The quality of the on-site restaurant was high - had a great omelet for lunch and a tasty beef filet for dinner. The room was comfortable and very clean. Our only negatives are really " nits": breakfast should be automatically included, since that's the basic assumption in Europe, and we did have trouble finding an outlet in the room for recharging our phones. Other than this, we could recommend this hotel for a stay by the Marseille airport.

Waited almost an hour for shuttle from Marseille Airport despite three phone calls. Front desk was not particularly forthcoming or hospitable. Other than than that the property was a lovely oasis for travel transition.

phone did not work. Couldn't get wake up call.
staff wrote down wrong time for navette.
I appreciated Caroline suggesting I go to airport for boarding g passes. That was great.
Bathroom toilet paper roll needs repair.
Odd lamps don't have an. off/on switch and must be plugged in to work and unplugged to turn off.
The Nanette to airport 24 hrs made it worth staying there if only for 12 hours.,
